So I just spent the last .. almost two weeks without internet. Being bored out of my skull I started hanging out with people I never thought I would have.
Before losing the internet I had tried coke once, which I had stupidly mixed with mushrooms. I didn't fiend out for it at all, but I was given the chance to go and do it again. So I did. Of course, me .. turn down free drugs? Hell no.

I spent the last two weeks fighting wars inside of my head, having done coke atleast 10 times within the last two weeks. Friends of mine always bought, and I never paid a single dollar in for the substance. But that doesn't make a difference. I thought I'd only try it once at first, and that I had self control. But after realizing I didn't, and all the downfalls of cocaine and how addictive it is really shocked me.

I started to notice that I was changing in to a completely different person than who I am, and not in the good way. I started realizing that I was bitchy, irritable and could snap on the drop of a pin. Concepts and things I never would have thought of or said started surfacing and I gradually began to feel more stupid, and more daring to do stupid things.

Of course, people may say that cocaine will give you the best high you've ever had. That's how I got suckered in. The first time -ever- doing it is really good to be honest. Then much like ecstasy, the second time around isn't so good and doesn't last as long. After around the second time I think I may have been hooked, but I kept reassuring myself it was just a 'casual drug'. That's probably the first sign of addiction. As I have witnessed, people who get further in than I do gradually get worse. They change in a bad way, and they become so irritated it's often their crutch to keep 'sane'.

Overall, my perspective on cocaine is .. do NOT try it. Even if it's free, even if people tell you good things about it. I highly do not suggest doing it, especially if you've got an addictive personality and you're not so strong willed.

It's biggest downside if you ask me is that it's only in effect for 30 mi or so, unlike most drugs which last for at least an hour.

It's also my best high.

over here I don't trust any tablets at all, only the pure stuff. If someone was selling me one for $10 here I so wouldn't take it for fear it has meth in it. $20 for a capsule full of MDMA powder split between two people would bring the price down, and still get rolling for a long a** time. I remember coming back from Burning Man last year and Maté and I took such a small dose (1/8th of a capsule full), we thought it would only do little, but we still rolled our asses off.

Mmmm... smoked it once, didn't really do much of anything for me (and the weed it was in was crap, too, so I didn't get high, either... I'm thinking the dealer, though he gave it to me to try it out (I know the guy personally, though... don't take me for stupid), took me for a newbie or something). Then I must've done about four or five lines in a short amount of time, and it just bored me. But, I've said all this already.

There's a cocaine forum already.

*nods* I didn't realize how big it was again until I started hanging with the indie rockers in Silver Lake, but it makes sense... I mean, they work all day, then they're out every night at the clubs until 2.


Aftertaste? *suspicious* Pure coke is almost impossible to find, so I've had a range... the strongest aftertaste comes with the most cut -- when it's at least as much meth as coke. Kind of a hairspray sort of taste?
