Chapter1: A wish
Amy Stewart walked down the halls of her high school as this was her last year of school she was going to get things done as she planed to go to Harvard and become the best lawyer just like her mother has she decided this on her own as her mother also insisted she go to college to become a Lawyer in reality she really wanted to become an artist just like her dad as she always drew pictures. She was also not wanting to move away from her little brother Colby who was 11 and her little sister Chelsea who was 5 and plus she thought she had this great boyfriend as well. “Hey Amy did you do your homework assignment last night and studied hard?” asked Misty Stanford her best friend. “Yeah I did Misty you know I also have a new picture I want you to see I painted it last night.” Replied Amy as she would get it out and it would be a picture of Misty and Travis. “Wow that is such a great picture of me and Travis holding hands.” Replied Misty, as she would still glance at the picture and was amazed how much it looked like them. “Hey guys how are you I really need help on the last question.” Replied Britney, as she would look towards her friends. “Well I know that answer but remember we promise that we won’t give the answer to each other but we would help each other to get it right by studying together.” Replied Amy, as she would look over and saw Alex by the water fountain talking with Travis. “Well I know that but I think I figured it out by now.” Replied Britney. “Well I wander why Travis is talking with that loser you know after what he did to Amy and all.” Replied Misty, as she would look over towards Travis’s direction. “I don’t know but lets not worry about Alex right now I am with Greg now and we have another date tonight.” Replied Amy. “Hey Amy we are still on for tonight right?” asked Greg, as he would be wearing his football uniform. “Yeah we are as far as I know unless mom is working late at the firm again.” Replied Amy, as she looked into his eyes. “That’s cool if you have to watch your little bro and little sis than we will just have the date at your house.” Replied Greg, as he would stare back some. “That would be fine with me.” Replied Amy. “Well I am going to leave you two happy couple alone and go and study hard for the quiz we are having in Mrs. Hall’s class.” Replied Britney, as she would walk to the library. “Well I am going over and chatting with Travis for a while.” Replied Misty, as she walked over towards Travis. “Well hey Misty how are you doing baby?” asked Travis. “Well I am good except for the fact that you are talking to Alex after what he did to me and Amy.” Replied Misty, as she would glare at him some. “Misty he just came walking up and started talking to me but I don’t like him at all because he started cursing and calling you two names so I told him off if you would have been looking closer you would have known that if you would have been looking over my direction plus I am going to fight him today after school if you want to come and watch me.” Replied Travis. “What! Travis are you out of your mind you should not fight and I refuse to watch that kind of violence and plus what would happen if the principle caught wind of it Travis.” Replied Misty. “Well I am so sorry Misty but I am not going to stand watching Alex get away with saying nasty and mean things about my girlfriend and her best-friend which is also my best-friend.” Replied Travis. “Oh Travis I am so glad you are brave and stand up for us but you have no idea how good Alex is with fights he wins every single fight and plus he puts the other guy in the hospital.” Replied Misty, as she looked very worried. “Oh Misty I will be fine I know I will win against Alex because I fought guys that were like him before.” Replied Travis. “I know you have baby but I can not stand watching you get hurt.” Replied Misty. “I wont get hurt Misty besides I know I probably will win the fight.” Replied Travis, as he leaned down and kissed Misty lips some and she would kiss him back some just before class. “Amy I love you so much want to make out before class?” asked Greg, as he would wrap his hands around her curvy hips. “Yeah that sounds great and all Greg but I cannot afford to miss out of Mr. Donovan’s class.” Replied Amy. “Oh ok well than can you afford to skip out of Coach Jameson’s class than?” asked Greg as he was just teasing. “Yeah well not even for Coach Jameson’s class either.” Replied Amy. “Oh phooey well than I guess I will see you later Amy.” Replied Greg, as he would make his way to the football field for football practice. “Amy come quickly class is about to start!” yelled Britney, as she grabbed her quickly and they would barely make it to History class which was taught by Mr. Gregory. “Ok Class today we will learn about our towns history.” Said Mr. Gregory. “What’s so great about our town it is just a small town.” Replied Sterling. “Well Sterling for starters we have had a president just elected that came from this town and plus our town used to be a popular mining town back when the mines used to start.” Replied Mr. Gregory. “And plus Mr. Gregory miss America winner Hillary Smith came from our town.” Replied Bonnie. “And not to mention our first lady Governor Sally Donovan.” Replied Bonnie, as she would smile some. “And not to mention My Great-Great Grandpa Earl whom started this town.” Replied Amy. “Yeah and ok class I want all of you to write me a Historical paper about this town and Sterling don’t get it off the internet like you did the last time.” Replied Mr. Gregory as he looked at every one of his students and gave them each a small smile. “Oh man how am I going to get through this class without cheating.” Replied Sterling. “Well you should never cheat because you never know anything if you did it the easy way.” Replied Misty, as she looked at Sterling some. “True I guess well I should get to reading than tonight.” Replied Sterling, as he looked at him back some. “Well I know what I am doing my on.” Replied Amy, as she would choose the history of her ancestors that built this town. “Well Amy I figured you would choose that one so I am going to choose about the farmers who farmed in our town and how much of an impact our town has contributed to the whole world.” Replied Britney, as she would look at her two best friends. “Well I am going to do my on the history of our baseball field.” Replied Misty. “That sounds cool we should get started on this soon.” Replied Amy. “Well class this assignment will be due next Friday and plus I want you guys to fill out this survey and than I have another survey I want your parents to fill out its about getting a Museum of History built in our town.” Replied Mr. Gregory, as he would have the papers passed out as soon as he could get them out as class was about to be over. “This museum will be so cool.” Replied Misty, as she would look at Britney and Amy some more. “Class is dismissed oh and Misty are you still wanting to come to the opening ceremony of tonight’s history events?” asked Mr. Gregory, as he was just wandering because he was going out with her mom. “Sure Mr. Gregory I am up for it.” Replied Misty, as she would walk out with Amy and Britney now as the bell rang and they would have Math next and then they would have gym. “Oh boy I sure hope that we don’t have to climb the ropes today.” Said Britney. “Yeah last time I nearly fainted when I looked down and they had to send Brent Johnson up to get me down because I got stuck when I was coming down.” Replied Amy as she shivered some. “I had no problems going up nor down the ropes were a piece of cake.” Replied Misty as she actually ended up finishing the rope coarse. “Oh girls and boys line right up and we can get started by doing some stretches.” Replied Coach. “Umm Coach are we doing the ropes again today?” asked Britney as she was prepared this time. “Yeah for those who did not complete the ropes they will finish today or it is an f.,” replied Coach. “Ok Coach.” Replied Amy as they would do their stretches and than run 4 laps and than they would do the ropes, as Amy was first up she would climb all the way up now and than all the way back down. “Wow good job Stewart now it’s your turn Parker.” Replied Coach. “Ok here I go.” Replied Britney, as she would climb up the rope and back down and made it down to the ground. “Great job today Parker and now you girls can go and play basketball now.” Replied Coach as he would watch the clock and when it said 10:30 he would let them get dressed and wait for the bell. “Oh I cannot wait till tonight my date with Greg and I hope its not spent at home with Chelsea and Colby and Greg.” Replied Amy as she would get the ball now and made it in. “Good Shot and I will volunteer to baby sit Chelsea and Colby so you can enjoy your date with Greg.” Replied Britney, as she would just bring her little sister Dominique and her little brother James over to play with her little brother and little sister. “Thank you Britney for offering to baby sit my little brother and little sister for me but you know how mom is.” Replied Amy, as she passed it on to Misty and Misty would make a basket. “I am so glad I don’t ever have to baby sit my nieces and nephews they are so much trouble.” Replied Misty. “My little brother and little sister is ok but sometimes Colby can be such a pain.” Replied Amy. “Yeah that’s how it is with James sometimes too.” Replied Britney. “Well it looks like its almost time to get dressed.” Replied Misty. “Yeah It is almost that time to go.” Replied Amy, as the coach would blow the whistle. “Ok guys and gals go get dressed!” yelled Coach as he blew the whistle loudly. Misty, Amy, and Britney would go into the dressing room and they would take a shower and dried off, as they would get dressed now, as they were the only girls in this class. “Hey Amy can I borrow a pencil because I lost my.” asked Misty as she got her clothes back on. “Yeah sure you can what do you need a pencil for?” asked Amy as she would now be fully clothed. “Oh because I need one for the next class because we have a quiz today.” Replied Misty, as she would smile some. “Oh really than here take a pencil from my binder I am drawing an picture of an elf I made up and plus he is from my dreams that I have been having.” Replied Amy as she sighed some. “Wow he is cute why in the world would you draw a very hot elf when you have a boyfriend?” asked Misty as she could not stop staring at the picture of the elf. “I know it seems crazy but I have some kind of bond and connection to this guy it seems like he is real and his name is I think but I am not sure is Ian.” Replied Amy, as she was very fascinated by him. “Oh Amy he is so amazing but you seem like you think he is going to be real.” Replied Britney as she sighed some. “Yeah Amy if he is real than poor Greg is going to have some tough competition because he is smoking hot especially his ears.” Replied Misty. “Yeah I guess you are right because if he is real than we have a lot in common and I dreamt we meant in the woods and he had saved me from some horrible monster and he slayed it and I could not believe my eyes and he took me to his kingdom that is located into another world and his world is called Udonia and his kingdom is called Argonia and it is such a pretty kingdom he slays monsters and he is what you call a mercenary and he is really awesome and kind.” Replied Amy as she told her friends and the bell would ring as they walked outside and they looked about. “Wow Amy that sounds so awesome.” Replied Britney. “Yeah Amy well I hope you don’t tell Greg that he might get jealous over your dream.” Said Misty, as she would be headed towards her next class, which was History class. “Yeah I know what you mean well good luck on the history test well I am off to art class where I am having to for a test is draw a fantasy piece and draw as good as I can.” Replied Amy, as she would head for art class. “Good luck on drawing the castle and the princess and the prince.” Replied Britney, as she would go to health class. Amy would draw the picture she was supposed to draw as she sighed some as she finished it finally as she sighed and she smiled as it looked great. “Aww brilliant work as always Miss. Stewart in fact that might be the greatest work that I have seen so far by you.” Replied Mrs. Anderson, as she looked at her work through her big red glasses. “Oh thank you so much Mrs. Anderson I am hoping to maybe enter this drawing in the art fair this year maybe this will get first place.” Replied Amy, as she was so excited about the upcoming annual art fair that was held every first week of spring. “Well then you should enter it than I assume you could get your mothers permission this year for sure.” Replied Mrs. Anderson as she smiled at Amy some. “Yeah but I doubt she would let me enter it she says art is just a waste of my time but I love doing art and I don’t want to go to Harvard I really want to go to Julliard college where I can become a full artist their.” Replied Amy, as she looked at Mrs. Anderson some. “Well why don’t you tell your mother its your own decision the art world needs more talents like yours.” Replied Mrs. Anderson, as she really was going to talk to Mrs. Stewart this evening and maybe talk her into letting Amy enter her drawing in the art fair. “Well its hard for me to tell her the truth that I really don’t want to become an Lawyer because I would feel like I would be letting her down.” Replied Amy. “Well if you don’t tell her than she will never know that this is not what you really want.” Replied Mrs. Anderson. “You are right but I do not know how to tell her.” Replied Amy. “How about this I will go over to your house and personally talk about the art fair and how best it would be to allow you to enter your drawing into the annual Art fair this year.” Replied Mrs. Anderson. “Thank you so much Mrs. Anderson but my mom wont be home tonight she had so many cases she had to do tonight and one involves a case in Wyoming.” Replied Amy as she sighed some. “Than I shall have to call her than.” Replied Mrs. Anderson. “Oh thank you so much here is Mom’s phone number it is (57
cool 778-3900 that is her cell phone number and she said her case will be over around 10:00 pm and the hotel she is staying is the comfort suit and her room number she said is number 224 and its great oh this means everything to me.” Replied Amy, as she looked very excited. “Well than you get an 100 percent.” Replied Mrs. Anderson as she would move on and she gave everyone in her class an A+ and the bell would ring and it was the last period as she sighed in relief she knew though she had to baby-sit her little Sister and little brother while their mom were out of town and she was the oldest one as well. “Oh boy I am so glad class is over and I have to go to a chest club meeting right now so I will see you and Misty tomorrow than at your house.” Said Britney as she ran off to go towards classroom number 245. “Ok take care and I need to go to ballet practice and watch Chelsea perform and than pick her up and than watch Colby play basketball and than go to cheerleading practice myself if I have time to because it may take me an hour but Coach Marcus I am sure he will understand.” Replied Amy as she sighed some and she would run off now. “Bye Amy I will see you tomorrow night for the slumber party.” Replied Misty as she headed for soccer practice. Amy sighed as she had to go and pick Chelsea up first and than pick Colby up and then she would drop Colby off for his game and than she and Chelsea would go to Ballet practice and she watched Chelsea practice as she than after they practiced she would go to Colby’s game and watched him as he made a lot of three pointers and she and Chelsea would cheer him and his team on as the game ended quickly she remembered that cheerleading practice starts at 6:00 pm and its 5:30 and the game was almost over and she was happy as she also remembered she had some snacks they could eat while she practiced and after the game she and Colby and Chelsea would go to her cheerleading practice. “Ok I want you two to sit right here in the bleachers and watch me cheer don’t get up at all for no reason and Colby I am putting you in charge of watching Chelsea ok and I have snacks right here in case you two want to eat anything.” Said Amy. “Ok Sis I will stay here and I will watch Chelsea until cheerleading practice is over.” Replied Colby. “Yeah sissy I will be fine and I will sit here and be good.” Replied Chelsea. “Good it should not take me but a few minutes than practice will be done.” Replied Amy, as she would go and practice her cartwheel and practice the stand, as she was the one they picked up and threw in the air after practice she looked over and saw Chelsea and Colby playing goldfish. “Ok great practice girls I hope we can see you at the game Friday.” Replied Coach Marcus. “Thanks Coach Marcus well I know I will be at the game but I am not sure if Amy would be their.” Replied Britney Parker. “Oh I will be their at the game as long as I don’t have to baby sit my little brother and little sister again hopefully my mom will be back here.” Replied Amy, as she could not stand Britney Parker whom is a big time major snob. “Oh that is good because either way we are good without you or with you.” Replied Britney, as she had her nose up in the air. “Well I know we are good with or without me Britney.” Replied Amy, as she would turn away and roll her eyes some. “Well Amy at least I know I am far better Cheerleading captain than you are so tat.” Replied Britney as she would head inside the girls locker room and changed into her pair of Aeropstartle jeans and her polo shirt that showed her stomach some. “Oh I cannot stand her.” Said Amy, as soon as she and her two cronies would leave to change. “yeah I know what you mean but we have to deal with them.” Replied Janna Parker whom was Britney’s cousin and who did not like her because of how snobbish she is. “Yeah you are right well I am rich and I don’t act like that but she really don’t have that much money because her daddy lost it all in an dispute case but that’s ok though I know I am popular them good way not the bad way.” Replied Amy, as she smiled at Greg whom was still at football practice. “Yeah you are such a good person Amy everyone should be like you but the world would be a boring place if we were all alike though.” Replied Coach Marcus, as he would pat her shoulders some. “Yeah true Coach Marcus thanks well I will hopefully see you at the game Friday.” Replied Amy, as she would walk towards Colby and Chelsea. “Where are we going to eat at Amy?” asked Chelsea, as her stomach was growling. “Well we are going to eat at Luigi’s pizza.” Replied Amy, as she drove off with Chelsea and Colby in the car. “Cool can we order some mushrooms and pepperoni large pizza?” asked Colby. “We can order that and what would you like Chelsea?” asked Amy. “I want Cheese pizza with pineapples.” Replied Chelsea. “Ok I love both pizza’s.” replied Amy as she stopped suddenly as a car was coming really fast and was in their lane as she would be hit and she would hit her head on the steering wheel. “Sissy what was that?” asked Chelsea , as she was a bit scared now. “Ouch my head it was just some person being idiotic and not driving in the lane they are supposed to be in.” replied Amy, as she would call the cops as the other car was pulled over and they would talk for an hour as the officer looked at them and she would sigh some. “well we did not mean to hit her officer my husband fell asleep at the wheel we are willing to pay any type of money for the damage to the car.” Said Dee Montgomery, as she looked like she was really sincere. “Oh thank you Mrs. Montgomery I am sure that this young lady would not mind and are you ok miss?” asked Officer Stevens as he was filling out the incident report. “Yes I am fine and thank you Mrs. Montgomery for the offer but really we have plenty of other cars and none of us were hurt badly besides I am more worried about your car so I am sure I can write you an check for the accident to get your car fixed or have money to get a new one.” Replied Amy as she knew Mr. And Mrs. Montgomery as they were her next-door neighbor and she they were really kind people and she knew they had some money but not a whole lot of money. “Thank you so much Amy you are such a good kid.” Replied Mrs. Montgomery as she looked at their car and saw that is was damage pretty badly. “Your welcome Mrs. Montgomery well I better call Greg and have him come and get me, Chelsea, and Colby than and than call mom oh and officer their will be no need to take further action than writing the report up I should have been paying more attention to the road anyways.” Replied Amy, as she waited for the officer to finish with the report and waited for him to write the tickets up. “Well we are all here and here are the warning tickets for both of you and I called the tow truck company so they will be here right now.” Replied Officer Stevens, as he would give them all the proper tickets and the tow company would come and get the vehicles and they would each pay $123.99 cents for the towing charge and they would say that both vehicles were damaged too much to repair. “Ok I am going to call Greg right now you two stay with Mr. And Mrs. Montgomery and listen to her right now.” Replied Amy, as she would call Greg now. “Hello Mrs. Parker is Greg around?” Amy asked. “Oh yes he is around he is upstairs doing his homework I will go get him right now.” Replied Mrs. Parker. “Greg you have a phone call its Amy!” yelled Mrs. Parker. “Ok Mom I am coming.” Yelled Greg. “Ok Greg will be here in a minute.” “Thanks Mrs. Parker.” Replied Amy.
