Here's a lovely Japanese movie that was banned in America. Battle Royale is about a government solution to the the problems caused by out of control teenagers. Each year a random class of freshmen is taken to an island where they are all forced to kill each other off one by one for three days.
But that's not the good part. Each kid has a lovely bomb strapped to their neck that explodes if they try to destroy it, if they try to leave the island, and/or if the three days are up and there's more than one person still alive. And all the kids are given backpacks with some survival gear, including a weapon, and with the kids luck the weapon could be as bad as a lid to a pot, to something good like an uzi.
I found this movie to be very entertaining and insanely funny (Oddly enough.), did any of you see it yet?
