I enjoy this guild very much.
I know there has to be others, out of our 500 members, that enjoy it as much as I.
But how do we get it more active?
How do we make it more interesting?
How do we get more people to spend time in here rather than on some other part of Gaia?

I'm not sure. What makes a guild popular? Giveaways, games, contests...this guild seems to have it all already.. 3nodding

Well, 'popular' as in active members, people hang out here for most of their Gaia life...that sort of thing.

Perhaps we could have a lotto of some sort on the main page?
Give away a -insert item here- to one random person who fills out the survey.
Anyone who gets a survey will be given a number...like the first person to submit one will be number one, second number two and so forth... then when we've got enough info, we'll randomly generate a number between 1 and however many surveys we get, and whoever is alloted the number generated will get the prize?

Well, the survey will be for users new and old...we'll make it so either one will fit...like what would you like to see new to the guild/ what do you like to see in guilds you join type of things...and we can advertise the guild in the guild forum on gaia....I was going to do it once we got a new banner D:
