Lexenos slowly circles Ellisent. Lex suddenly lunges, cleaving downward with his broadsword.

Heh. Amateur. Didn't he read the rules of the arena? Taking advantage of this lack of hindsight, Ellisent threw himself forward with his inverse katana, matching the blow with a two-handed block of his own. He was on his toes now, and hopefully the unprecedented force would throw his opponent off-kilter... As a note, the inverse katana was a beautiful blade, made just like an ancient samurai weapon...only flipped. Great for hooking into body parts, the inverse katana is a specialty of Ellisent...he loves his little baby...or, rather, his little Sideswipe.

I rolled a 100 sided dice. O.o Oops, sorry. That mistake won't happen again.
Lex is thrown back by the force of the blow, but lands on all fours and pushes himself back up. He runs back at Ellisent, his blade at his right side and swings at Folchinator's left side.

An easy dodge. God, when would this guy let up?
Swinging his blade in a wide arch, Ellisent fought for his life. Stab wounds were not really cool. Unless you're showing off the scars to some ladies, that is...
He closed his eyes, praying for the lovely sound of metal-hitting-metal that he so treasured...

A perfect block! Yes!
Now that his enemy was disarmed, Ellisent moved in for a counter attack.
Taking to the sky, the cloaked warrior lept as high as he could, eclipsing the sun in many spectators' eyes as he did so.
Landing behind the knight's back with an unusually light step, the stranger hooked his blade in his left hand and swung it behind him without looking at his victim...
One fluid motion...
Come on, Ellisent...turn the tide...

Well, that was one hit!
Spinning around with the blade still hooked behind his opponent's ribs, Ellisent lept horizontally in place, making his body parallel with the ground below. With one swfit push, he planted both feet on his opponent's back and kicked, hoping to cause extra damage with the blade's painful exit wounds...
[EDIT: We may need to wait for veinkiller to judge some of our fighting.]

Lex stumbles, a trickle of bood falling from the right corner of his mouth, but he forces himself to face his opponent and takes another charge. Lex's sword is parallel to the ground, aiming a thrust directly at Ellisent's middle.

Well, since Lex had failed to even TRY blocking his last attack, that was TWO hits! Yay for Ellisent!
s**t. He was caught off-guard. Normally, Ellisent knew what do in these situations, but now he panicked. Holding his sword like a two-year old girl, he pushed down, hoping to drive the other man's blade straight through the dust under their feet.

Holy cow, was he lucky! The blade had done exactly what he'd wanted, leaving Lex's sword-bearing arm exposed right between his legs. In a moment of pure power and splendorous might, Ellisent chopped down at his foe's shoulder, hoping to do some SERIOUS damage...
