I heard from a friend (who always seems to know EVERYTHING square related) that final mix is in fact going to be released in the usa! does anyone know if this is true??

I've heard rumors that say it's due out in the fall. I haven't heard anything official yet though. (at the same time however I've heard from sites that deal with gaming that it's not going to be released outside of japan, the site tied to PlayAsia said it wasn't coming over originally, I'm not sure if their still saying that or not though.)
Edited to add:
I was also told by someone that they weren't going to bring it over for the same reason FFX-2 International and the first Final Mix never came over. It's a bonus for the Japanese fans, kind of like a special addition thing.
I do hope that they bring both Final Mixes over (1 and 2+).

Source? And will they bring out Kingdom Hearts Final Mix or just KH2FM+?
I've heard rumors that it was going to come over as well, but I've also heard stuff saying that it isn't coming over. As much as I wish it would, I won't believe it until I see something absolutely official. That way I won't cry in the corner as long when I find out it's not coming...

I heard that it was coming out too. When it comes I would probobly get it on the first day.
