LorienLlewellyn Berts little black cat I'm definitely not the only girl who has sex and doesn't see a doctor... All of my friends who have sex don't see one, except for one or two, and they're all okay. I have a friend who WANTS to get pregnant at this age, and she's not even seeing a doctor, though she does have birth control. And she's not having sex with just one person. And you can probably agree with me that it's kind of hard not to have sex with someone who you've been with for almost two years. I do understand the fact that it's important... but honestly, I'm doing the best that I can do at the moment. It may sound immature when I say that I can't let my mom know about it, but she is a VERY high tempered woman, she could take drastic measures if it really pisses her off that much. I don't really want to take the chance. Of course you are not the only girl to have sex without seeing a doctor, but that does not make it right. There are people out there raping toddlers, but I sure don't think that makes it an ok thing to do. It's not about being "okay" or not "okay," it's about being mature enough to handle sex and the consequences of it. However, you're not even willing (or able, maybe I should say) to see a doctor when something does go wrong. Sometimes a person feels that they are ready for sex, and maybe they are, but if they cannot see an ob-gyn, or get birth control, or get medical attention when needed, they would have to be mature enough to control themselves and wait. It's about being mature, taking care of yourself, doing what's right, and having actual answers to your medical questions rather than opinions from people on the internet. Well, I definitely am willing, it's just not a possibility at the moment. So I guess all I can say to this is that I'll get to a doctor as soon as is possible for me.

She posted on this thread for help, not insults, and if you can't provide at least constructive comments, please don't comment at all.
I'd hate for this thread to be locked, because the OP genuinely asked for help.
Don't be the reason she doesn't get advice.
If you can't be helpful to people on here without making assumptions and insults, please just don't comment at all.
Please don't post in this thread again unless you can change your attitude, because, frankly, it's immature and worthless.

Excuse me, I told her what she needed to do, along with everyone else. That is to see a doctor. NOONE here is going to be able to answer ANY of her questions unless they are one.
Either way, all she's doing is making up terrible excuses for her bad choices. Excuse me if I get a little annoyed by little girls who don't know how to take advice (like seeing a doctor) just because they don't want mommy to find out they did something stupid.

You need to learn how to keep your mouth shut, you a*****e. I don't care how old you are, I will NEVER be as immature as you. You are more of a child than me. You don't know my personal situation, you don't know how my mother interacts with me. And last thing she would do is take me to a doctor, I have had so many problems with my body in the past 2 years and she DOESN'T GIVE A s**t. They aren't minor problems, either. They're problems I remind her of over and over, and she refuses to believe there's anything even wrong with me. If I told her I'm having sex and I think I had a miscarriage and that I wanted to go to the doctor, she'd say that it's my own problem because I shouldn't be having sex, and that she doesn't want to waste money. So please, stop being so full of yourself, you're not god's gift to this world.

LorienLlewellyn It's possible. If you were pregnant, chances are you would not get your period. That means you might not get the symptoms that go along with your period either. I just wanted to point out that early pregnancy symptoms and PMS are very VERY (irritatingly) similar and that many people are pretty damn convinced that their period is comming only to realize that they are indeede pregnant! Just wanted to put that out there. oh! and MonosodiumGlutamate? grow up. The way you where talking to the OP is incredibly disgusting. Some people (no matter what age) can't get to a doctor for a variey of reasons. It's expencive, hard to get appointments, etc. You have NO right to tell er that she is wrong for having sex at 16. I was 14 my first time and i seem to be doing just fine. And besides, people have been having sex without doctors for a loooong time. Am i sayig tht it wouldn't be smart to check in? Of course not, but the fact is that until she is able to she will have to wait and she does NOT deserve having s**t thrown in her face my people like you. To the OP--i'm sorry you have to deal with that kind of crap. You don't deserve it. YOu are doing your bst and that's all anyone can ask of you. Stay strong and don't mid the bullshit heart
