EDIT: READ 6TH POST!
I posted a thread about this in LI, you could read it if you want.
So basically, I think I might be pregnant. I would've conceived 2-3 weeks ago (probably around ovulation, I can't remember specifically though). My period is supposed to start around the 27th, and I have NO symptoms. No sore/swolen boobs, no cramps. I almost always have sore/swollen boobs 2 weeks prior to my period, and on bad months when I'm really lacking iron I get cramps 2 weeks before too. Well, it's less than a week away and I have NO symptoms. I wondering if my supposed pregnancy would take affect this quickly, enough to make my period symptoms go away? Is this hinting at me that I could be pregnant?
And please don't tell me to go get a pregnancy test. I need real advice. Basically, no matter what, I know I have to wait and see if my period's missed, then get a pregnancy test.
Also, for some facts about me: I'm not known to miss a period due to stress; I've NEVER missed a period; It's usually no later than 1-3 days from when it started the month prior, if late at all; I did have a "bad spell" for a while, when once it randomly was 9 days late, and for a few months after it was wonky, but that was like 2 years ago and never happened again.
Anything else, just ask! :3

It's possible. If you were pregnant, chances are you would not get your period. That means you might not get the symptoms that go along with your period either.
However, you can't assume that you are pregnant just based on that yet. Many things can change your period suddenly, even if it has always been like clockwork before.
We can't really tell you anything more specific than that.

Okay. I know this is different for every woman, but do pregnancy symptoms typically show up within the first 3/4 weeks of pregnancy? Because I don't have those, nor my period symptoms.
I know some women do get them during the first month, but I want to know how often does that occur.

For me personally, within three weeks of conception I started having symptoms of pregnancy (nausea, heartburn, achy boobs, and I always felt like I needed a nap) but I also know that when my best friend got pregnant, she didn't know for two and a half months. No period but she was stressed out so she didn't think she was pregnant, plus she was on BC.....
:/ Wish I could help more.

Kay, not pregnant, I started my period today. But, I might've possibly had a miscarriage, but I know nothing about them.
I just had a large blood clot earlier, and I'm wondering if that could've been a miscarriage?

It's possible. A lot of pregnancies end in miscarriage, but the woman never knew she was pregnant because she seems to just get a normal period. However, clots are normal during a period. So we still can't really say whether you were pregnant or not.

This was the biggest blood clot I've ever had. It looked like a smushed strawberry, like when they're in a shake or something. Also, some of my blood is brown, which I don't think has ever happened to me on the first day of my period.
I have a question. Could symptoms such as weakness, dizziness, nausea, passing out, etc at the beginning of your period have anything to do with a miscarriage?

Girl, if you're experiencing those symptoms, you had better see your doctor.

Yeah, I know. :/ I actually have a post in the period forum called "Anemia, or something else?," and I said that my mom isn't that great, so the doctor isn't someone I'll be seeing anytime soon. But yeah, I don't know anything about miscarriages except basically what they are. So I was wondering if maybe all that happened to me because I had a miscarriage, but probably not since those things have happened to me before.

Hm, well can't you see the doctor on your own? And how old are you?

No, unless I got to Planned Parenthood, which I'm actually going to do in a few months. I'm 16.

Could a lighter period have anything to do with miscarriage?

I would think a heavier period would be more in line with a miscarriage.
I know you won't like it, but you NEED to get to the doctor if you suspect a miscarriage. Those symptoms definitely don't sound like normal period symptoms. Not to mention, with miscarriages (also could be implantation bleeding) it's vital to make sure that all the matter was expelled to prevent future scarring, infections. I know a friend who had a really bad bought with a miscarriage because of how everything was set. She thought it was over and then started bleeding heavily.
I'd go into PP ASAP.
