Wind tool for a great sparkle look

Using the wind tool you can make a really great sparkle look to your sig, wallpaper, or whatever you want to use it for. I found out that just using a nice rust grunge, or motion grunge brush you can do this. What do you think?

when i use wind it goes way too much O_o dont think u can ajust it on photoshop elements 2.0

Oh WIND! Lol I'm slow. I actually have used that before, but I prefer motion blur. It's what I used for the background of the Photoshop Whores banner I have in my sig. XD

That's what I usually use, but if you want a good displacement and a nice sparkle do it then set the above layer to light and play with the contrast.
