Teoka Duct-Tape-chan Oh man. There are no words to express how mad this article made me. scream Do they not realize that many find Christianity offensive? They just want to shelter kids, so they grow up to be brainwashed conservative republican pigs. *is a conservative Republican, BTW* stare
Exactly, can we please not bring irrelevant assumptions into this. If you assume that everyone who belongs to a political group is intolerant, then you are no different than the people you are complaining about.

neoncode Hey people calm it. Yea their intolerant, but they are entitled to their opinion. Also, what's all this bullshit about the "homosexual agenda". What agenda? Do they think we all sit around plotting to turn the world gay? Pff, we have better things to do, such as raising families. Hi, Neon! Would you mind going somewhere for me? It's a thing I wrote on informed opinions, and posted here. I'm not sure if you got to it when it was big here, so here's the link!

That's just stupid! So, people are given this once-yearly chance to support homosexual people, and parents begin to deny them an audience! That's like... like... not showing up on Jury Duty during a trial, or refusing to come to a concert. (AKA, stupid, rude, and just plain irritating!)
And, yesh, this event was fun!

ForBidMyDeath this really pissed me off. Like ok why is our acts seeing as wrong?. So loving someone is wrong??????!!!!! scream It bothers all of us, turst me. A few years back our town had a day after the day of silence and all it was for was to say how stuipid the idea was. I kept trying to tell everyone it is not just about GLBT people, but harrassment in general.
Getting people to listen is not the hard part, its getting people to understand.

I swear.. sometimes I think the christians rights entire plan of attack is either completely ignore the purpose of something in order to counter it or to call 'opposite day' on every major social issue like some deranged sixth grader. It's actually fairly ridiculous.
It would probably be funny if it wasn't so horrifying. How do so many people buy into this crap?
google "day of truth" if you wanna see how sick this whole thing actually gets.
