The new TLDR Hat that comes out of the Infinity Hats looks like the Chao's Wool Hat! I came across a topic in the GCD that pointed this out. surprised
What a coincidence, eh? mrgreen

I remember seeing someone dressing up their avatar as a dark chao, using that. Makes me want that hat now. XD

Yes, it's inspired this variant of a cosplay of mine. "Dark Chao with animals."

Little Brown Bat = Bat from the Ghost type Baby Falcon = Parrot from the Fly type Langer = Dragon from the Mythical type Korora Penguin = Penguin from the Swim type BunBun = Rabbit from the Run type Baby Pora = Bear from the Power type Mr. Racoon = Racoon from the Random type

I was thinking that as well! I like the hat because it reminds me of Chao. 3nodding

Guess what the latest evolution of Padmavati's Lotus brings. mrgreen *is holding it right now*
I think it looks the most like a Ring from the games in the "left up" position of the hand. surprised

Not entirely on-topic, but perhaps if I stretch the definition somewhat:

Yes, you read that correctly, a Germany company is bringing out a Sonic the Hedgehog chess set. That would be way past cool if I actually knew how to play chess smile

PS I was suitably amused by the website's tag line biggrin

I won a Sonic plushie at Busch Gardens the other day. I just had to have it. X3

They had four different plushies at one of the "carnival game" stands - a small Sonic, a small Shadow, a large Sonic, and a large Shadow. I won one of the large Sonics. They usually have Sonic plushies at the State Fair as well, last time I went they had several stands boasting Sonic, Amy, Knuckles, and Shadow plushies, but I was not fortunate enough to obtain one since my dad said it was a waste of money. =P

Nicely done!
At my cousin's wedding last week, one of the children had what appeared to be an old school Sonic satchel. I eventually saw that it was a "console" bag from Game (and presumably other stores), but the £14.99 price tag seemed a little steep.
Game's website doesn't have a photo yet, but Sonic City comes through with the knowledge:

They had two Sonic T-Shirts in the mall at Hot Topic (which I bought of course).

Spencer's seems like it's trying to crack into Hot Topic's territory. I've spotted not only a baby-tee (or whatever they're called) featuring the blur blur, but also a hat with his face plastered right on the front.
I'll have to find a link to a pic, as Spencer's website doesn't seem to have the hat up yet.
In other merchandising news, it looks like old-school Sonic's coming back in style. Already seen a classic-style Sonic plush at FYE, and I spotted Tails and Knuckles at a con recently.
