so long as the music actually has some melody, and shows some competency in the way that the song is performed, I will listen to it. 4laugh
I listen to anything and everything. When my friends catch me listing to my iPod before class, they think my iPod has ADD because it has so many different things on it. I listen to it all. =)

Oldschool Funk, but only perticular songs like Curtis Mayfield's Freddie's Dead. The guitar that backs up the song is real nice. Pusher Man is good too, at least to me any way.
Hip Hop is nice too. You just haven't done a real work out until you practice high speed capoeira to Biggie Smalls, and Busta Rhymes (his old stuff from When Disaster strikes).
