Personality: Being a stray by most definitions, this tom has a sort of street-savoire faire of sorts, knowing his way around an alley. He's quite the wise crack gentleman and prefers female company to that of any other, but he will make exceptions for a few. He's quite smart and smooth, yet won't give it a second thought before fighting someone if he's angry. An all around guy.

La Fantome de le opera
With a quick stretch Mowgli removed himself from the warm window-sill of a residence's apartment, hopping down to the concrete with a grin and a soft yawn. The brightly colored cat was quite a queer sight in this city, but he took pride in his colors. He proudly strode through the legions of passer-bys that crossed past the side-walks, mischeviously getting under a couple of feet just for the heck of it. He chuckled to himself as they tricked, or jumped as he brushed against their legs, then hopping out of the way before they realized what had happened. The male hopped apon a stone ledge, padding towards a small nearby park, searching for something to do as he watched the houses as he passed.

.K.amikaz.e.
With a start, Ajabu jerked upright, almost losing her seat on the cold, shadowed window ledge that she had used for refuge the previous night from the drizzle which had turned the city dark and wet, which were quite obviously not Ajabu's favorite conditions. With a yawn, she stretche leisurely, claws scratching against the rough concrete of the ledge before she hopped down, careful to avoid the puddles all around her as she left the alleyway, onto the busy sidewalk. Shaking out her long gray coat, she merged with the human pedestrians, most of which took no notice of her. A few people did though, especially the smaller ones, the ones that always tried to grab her tail. Nooo thanks, not interested. Ajabu skittered across the street, crossing with only one or two horns blared at her before she entered a small city park, thankful to get away from the rush of people.

La Fantome de le opera
The tom watched with interest as a she-cat skittered into the park before him, obviously not the most happy with all of the humans around. He smiled to himself and hopped off of the low wall, carefully padding around the muddy and wet patches that sat on the concrete as he padded into the park after her. He picked up the pace and climbed an oak that was near where the femme-cat was walking, padding smoothly down one of the lowering branches, looking down at her. " 'Ello kitten, lovely time for a walk, eh?" he purred, looking at her.

.K.amikaz.e.
"G-goodness!" Ajabu jumped, still a touch flustered from her dash across the street and from trying to get away from stupid children. Glancing around, she saw no one. Whiskers twitching agitatedly, golden eyes glanced upward, finally spotting the owner of the voice. "Lovely time for a walk? The weather may be nice, but I couldn't think of a worse time to be out. All those humans are everywhere this time of day." She pouted, sitting down under the tree. "If I may ask, what are you doing up in a tree? Enjoying the lovely view of the city smog?" She chuckled, arching a brow.

La Fantome de le opera
"Ya, I know what you mean. Leave it to those two-legged butt-scratchers to ruin a nice day." he replied with a nod, sitting down leisurely apon the tree-limb. Mowgli lay down, his front paws hanging down as he looked at Ajabu sitting under-neath the tree. He chuckled slightly, grinning a bit. "The smog? No, why would I waste my time on such rotten sights when there's somethin' much more interesting to look at?" he purred, raising an eybrow slightly.

.K.amikaz.e.
His name for humans brought a smile to her lips, and she chuckled. "That's the best name I've heard for them yet!" She replied, bushy tail flicking lazily around her legs, first one way, then the other. She tilted her head, smiling skeptically at him. "Something more interesting to look at, eh? Where?" She replied teasingly. Well, what an interesting fellow Ajabu had found this morning, and it wasn't even eleven o'clock.

La Fantome de le opera
He chuckled to himself as the cat smiled, enjoying how her face lit up. "Where? Why, right here, sitting under this tree, the most interestingly beautiful cat I've seen, with the most peculiar ears.." he purred fondely, smiling down at Ajabu. Looking towards the surronding trees he stood and shook his brightly colored pelt lightly, beginning to trot towards the end of the branch, the frail thing leaning down under his small weight enough for the cat to leap onto an iron wrought bench, and then to the ground. He padded smoothly towards her, before giving a small bow. "I am Mowgli, may I ask of yours?" he purred.

.K.amikaz.e.
A bright pink blush spread across Ajabu's face, and she turned her face away a bit, glad that he was distracted with getting down long enough for her to get her blushing back under control. She turned back to look at him, and repayed him the same greeting; a small bow. "Pleasure to meet you, Mowgli. I'm Ajabu." She purred, his carefree purr contagious.

La Fantome de le opera
"Ajabu..." he said to himself, getting the feel of the word on his tongue. He sat down and smiled at her, the grin coiling swauvely over his features. "A beautiful name, for a beautiful cat...." he commented, looking at her. "The pleasure is all mine, miss."

.K.amikaz.e.
"What a sophisticated cat you are. Tell me, where did you learn such manners?" She replied, feeling her face flush a bit again. Apparently, when you had no experience with any other cats, especially not of the cute male kind, you tended to blush a lot more than normal.

La Fantome de le opera
Mowgli gave his shoulders a modest shrug, looking towards her. "I pick up little things here and there, mostly pure instinct for being around such a lady as yourself. Your owner must be quite proud of you.." the street-cat purred with an affirming nod towards Ajabu.

.K.amikaz.e.
"Proud of me? Doubt it." She chuckled, shaking her head. Well, to be honest, Ajabu hadn't really gone back home for some time. There wasn't really a reason or rhyme, she just simply preferred to be out on her own. Except when it was raining, that is. "I know you're owner must be proud of you though. Such a handsome looking gent." She smiled, purring.

La Fantome de le opera
"Well, then your owner must be quite strange in the head, not to prize such a cat as you." he said with a nod, looking at the femme. He chuckled lightly at her second comment. "My owner? I have no such thing, I live alone. Though now, there is a place I do spend my time, in the near premasis of a human, but I own her more than she does me. Profession loitering, is more like it.." he chuckled, his blue eyes lightling up at his own little joke.

.K.amikaz.e.
((I've got to dash for the evening, but I definitly want to continue this RP with you sometime! 3nodding ))

Mowgli, Kitty

Mimiru_13
Kitty stretched and licked at her blood-stained paw half-heartedly. She had encountered a rather relaxing evening thusfar; only moving from the sunny spot on the carpeted floor to paw eagerly at a passing dustball. Drowsily, she meowed and turned over onto her back, reaching her front paws out as far as they could possibly go. She wondered when she'd be able to go outside; with the weather so cold, her owner refused to let her go outside.
"I can handle the snow..." she murmured to herself, closing her eyes and letting out a small noise as she stretched more. She needed exercise; she was becoming chubby and lazy. Great.

La Fantome de le opera
Yet there, hopping in and out of the snow, sticking out like a sore thumb, was an orange blob. Technically not a blob persay, but a cat with an orange pelt. Quite a queer coat color to have, especially around here. The tom bounced through the sections of white fluff, blue eyes shining playfully as he pounced at it. Underneath the snow was a mouse, skittering through the underground, and Mowgli was determined to get it.

He opened his jaws and went into a hunting position, claws unsheathed as the cat delicately padded in the snow, nostrils flaring at the scent of his prey. Yet, something caught his attention. With perked ears he turned his head and looked towards another cat, smirking softly to himself at how unlucky it was to be inside. Curious now about why it was, he forgot about the mouse and trotted towards the home, hopping with ease onto the small outside window-sill and looking down at the she-cat. He smiled and tapped the glass with a paw, sitting down there.

Mimiru_13
A sudden tapping on the windowsill frightened Kitty, making her jump up with alarm. She kept her head low, her ears plastered to her skull, and puffed out her tail. The thing- whatever the thing was- scared her half to death. Ah, what wonders boredom could do to the imagination.

As she looked at it, she realized that it was another cat and relaxed a little. She hopped onto the windowsill, the only thing separating her and the other cat being a thin sheet of glass. She pressed her nose to the glass, trying to sniff the oddly-colored intruder, to no avail; she only left a small noseprint.

"Who are you?" she tried to meow through the window at him, searching him over for things that could make him dangerous. You could never know with the outside-in-the-snow types.

La Fantome de le opera
Mowgli smirked to himself in amusement as she jumped up in fright, the cat on the other side of the glass pretty much looking like she stuff her tail in a light-socket.

He looked at her as she came onto the windowsill, glancing curiously at her blood-stained paws. He looked at the cat strangely as she put her nose against the glass, that acheiving pretty much nothing except dirtying the glass up.

"Mowgli. What're ya doing' all cooped up in there kitten? You should be outside, it's a great day." he meowed back.

Mimiru_13
Kitty twitched her tail as the other cat meowed back. Well, at least he could speak.

"I really don't know," she said finally, satisfied that the cat wouldn't kill her for any apparent reason. "My twolegger wouldn't open up the door this morning." She yowled with disgust as the mentioned her twolegger- the fat woman that she only purred at to get what she wanted- and licked her paw quickly. "Help me get out of here?" She pressed her paw against the window and pushed, finding the one place that would collapse it. Perfect.

She slid out silently and pushed the window back, just far enough where she would be able to return, but her two-legger wouldn't notice the glass. "I'm Kitty," she said, the chilly air just barely penetrating her black and white coat.

La Fantome de le opera
"Sure kid." he replied with a nod, moving back a bit on the sill so she'd have room to get out, watching with a smile as she got it open, fairly easily as well. "Nice to meetcha' Kitty." he replied with a nod.
