Hmm, I guess you're right--my ego needed that serious chop.
I don't know what you're talking about, we've given civilization to the New world, spread the good word of God, we invented skyscrapers and fast food and the assembly line.... I mean... you can trust the government, right? Yeah, just ask an indian or a whale.
eek Oh, okay, okay already. The Western world has its shortcomings, but it's not all bad.... I'll think more later. *nods to self*
Acting real, it's overrated. We are in a fantasy guild, after all. And I'm very happy to don my conical cap and colorful motley and Ratsy the scepter and play the part of the Fool. I'm very good at that.
But you know that, don't you, Demon? -Leavaros Dapple

Hey I love all stuff too, don't get me wrong. I never thought I'd be a mod in this guild, I didn't even think I'd be a regular poster. Now that I am, I have to act weird, so that people will take me seriously... that works.
The west has had its moments of glory, I'll admit. But everything has been overshadowed, to me at least. But, for another day.
Acting real isn't overrated, if anything it's underrated. Everyone thinks being serious and real is a bad thing, so everyone acts funny and stupid, there's nothing wrong with that and it keeps people laughing and on their toes. Hell, when people get me going, I can make a person laugh so hard they've thrown up. And yes, I did give myself a medal for that, and a paper bag to my poor friend.

I meant ore that we should BE real, and that doing otherwise cheapens that ideal. But whatever, I don't much feel like posting right now, but I didn't want to leave you hanging.
