Good Afternoon Agents,
My name is Agent Mule. I’ve been hired by GiB to create and distribute the official Gaians in Black newsletter chock full of information and goodies. In this periodic newsletter, you can expect to find event reports, special announcements, comics, interviews, and maybe more. Be in the know about GiB activities through this Agent-exclusive tool.

Want to contribute? If there is interest, we may accept user submissions of (very) short stories, pictures, or interviews from agents. If you’re interested in contributing to the newsletter, please PM Agent_Mule.[please note, Agent_Mule is a mule for locusta (Agent Kit)]

REQUEST FOR CONTRIBUTORS!
Estimated Date for Issue 1: 1/8/2007
Hello to everyone who has offered to write or draw for the newsletter. I am preparing to (finally) get the newsletter off the ground, however I've been away and therefore am not a good person to put together the news. So I'm looking for contributors. Below are the columns I'm looking to fill. If you are interested AND can complete your column by Saturday, January 6th, please PM the following form to my main account, locusta.
Available Columns:
Christmas Feature: A summary of the plot so far through the Christmas event. Pictures should be included as appropriate to illustrate what happened and how it involved the GiB. (2 Word pages max)
Opinion Piece: Open topic related to Christmas or the GiB. Possible topics are event items, alien psychology, the LAWLs cover organization, etc. (1 Word page max) - DONE
Charity Ball Piece: I'd prefer if one of the organizers would be willing to write this, but since I missed it (and I'm sure others did as well), I'd sure love to hear about it. (1 Word page max)
Art or Comic: Open topic although GiB related items are preferred. Up to 2 submissions will be included. (keep the size reasonable)
I will go over each column for spelling and grammar, but I do expect writers to spell check and grammar check their own work. Writers and artists will be accepted mostly on a first come, first served basis for now. If I get a lot of art/creative submission forms, I'll try to put together an art only issue.

As the Guild's Literary Commander, or otherwise known as a Writer, I totally feel it would be rather appropriate for me to take it upon myself to write a column, or something for this paper.
I figue it'd be a great use for my talents, and it'd certainly make the news look a bit more professional (Or at least more professional than Cindy).

Well, I do welcome submissions but keep in mind this newsletter is Agent Exclusive. That is, no one outside of GiB should be on the list.
Since my original issue one is way late, I could use a more recent events update (with the truce, ZN, and all). You could write that if you don't mind. PM me if you're interested. (This account, not to Agent_Mule) I'm hoping to get it out (finally) after USA Thanksgiving.
