Yeah, some of that stuff's really amusing. Also, earlier this year, when I was hosting a student from Japan, we went to TGI Friday's for dinner one night and our waiter had kanji on his arm. It read something like... "Father and daughter" or something instead of what he wanted. It was pretty funny. The guy wasn't too happy, though. XD;

I know a line from a song that i find funny. It is: "I will kick door, I will crash wall. Stop? Go? Cut away, Yourself!"

In a portable piano I got: "You can play this cheerfully happy time wherever you go!" "This device uses three pieces of number 2 batteries to go" (Three double-A batteries) Oh -- not Japanese, but still funny, a type of glue from China with obvious uses -- "a**-glue" Finally! Something to seal our buttcheeks together!!! Huzzah!

in metal gear if you throw a sleep bomb at the enemy they say "I fell sleepy" then if you wait they say "I feel asleep" then if you walk up to them while there sleeping they say "ZI ZI ZI ZI ZI ZI ZI ZI ZI ZI!!(sleeping is the man)" how funny is that!

Ohhh lol Engrish is one of the charms of Japan. You see it anywhere just walking down the street and it makes the Westerner smile. blaugh
LOL it reminds of listening to a 5-year old trying to talk like a big kid.

try katakanizing the "pushy"... I was thinking of some engrishes myself not too long ago trying to come up with names for character I come up with when I draw, and this word kinda jumped at me. Those of you that really are good with your Japanese will have already found the irony in this one directly upon SEEING the word in this post blaugh

We had a few Japanese foreign exchange students at our school a while back, some of the clothing they were wearing had engrish phrases. One jacket said "Die October Fast". I saw a shirt on the engrish site that said "War is Homo"....I thought it was pretty funny. xd

I can't remember how I stumpled upon this site, but I thought something was up with the grammar, and then I saw the product boxes have katakana on them, and sai "I thought I smelled Engrish a' brewin'" Parasite PalsThe concept is pretty entertaining: a little girl has made friends with various parasite that live on her body. But the little descriptions are too funny: "some irritation she find with them, but much fun and love is to be shared!"

i had a jump rope that said on the front "NEW LOOK! FUNNY JUMP ROPE! HIGH CLASS!" and on the back, "Change battey every three month for constant use. Do not use paint thinner or other to make clean jump rope. If white powder is found at jump rope batter must be changed as of leaking"
the funny thing was, searched as we might, we could not find a place to insert a battery, much less a reason why a jump rope should need one in the first place. confused

A magizine with big letters reading "Banana" on the front neutral and someone I know bought a shirt in China that makes like no sense at all, but I forgot what it says.
Worth a laugh
