sakura1622 swedish_soup If I had a girl, I would name her Stellaluna (a bat in one of my favorite children's books) If it was a boy, he'd be Zoboomafoo (Boomy for short) isn't zoboomafoo a T.V show about animals and monkeys on like PBS kids???? Yeah, Zaboomafoo (uh...so sorry, forgot how to spell :embarrassed smile is a children's show on PBS about animals.

Ok. Here are my glider's names and why:
Momo: A couple of people have given me the nickname of Chi (from Chobits). Before I had named Momo, I had carried her around with me everywhere and everybody I know saw her. Somehow the ity bity robot named Sumomo (Plum) on Chobits came up. She's always traveling around with Chi and sitting on her shoulder. I still hadn't decided on a name yet so I decided to try out Sumomo. After a day I found myself only saying the momo part. Then I happened to catch an episode of Avatar: The last Airbender. There's a flying lemur character on the show called Momo. So it seemed like a sign. Momo has stayed her name ever since, although I often say just Mo and people think she is a boy!
Celery: When I first got Momo I used to wake up in the middle of the night thinking that I had let her out of her cage (when I hadn't) and that I had rolled on her and crushed her in my sleep. I would wake up screaming at my husband "I can't find Momo!" and feeling around the bed frantically to find her little body. In my delerium he would inform me that Momo was playing in her cage. I was always so freaked out and my heart was beating so fast! (Thankfully those wake ups have stopped.) Anyway, my husband can't speak when he's sleepy so he would always say, "The celery is in her cage." I assume he meant Sugar Glider but it was ridiculous how often he said celery when referring to Momo and being tired. So the next glider who moved in with us just HAD to be Celery. It just seemed right.
Yup. Those are the name stories.

I currently have a 'Romeo.'
And since I'm looking for a second glider, I've already come up with names:
A female would (obviously) be Juliet, but if we get a male, I'd name him Mercutio or Benvolio (you know, Romeo's friends? Mercutio if the glider is more funny, Benvolio if he's more calm.) 3nodding
I like my names to be related to some sort of mythology or famous literature. xd

I really like the name Jouji for boys, but since I already have one Jouji in my life [a coworker] I would probably not name him that. xD I think either Kiley or Pali would probably be what I'd choose between.
For girls, I really like Pesha, but I also like Kylie, Kiara and Duana.
Both Pesha and Pali mean small in Romani.

I am soon getting my sugar gliders, and I have already planned out their names! I'm getting a male [neutured] and female, their names are going to be; Merlin and Guinevere. Gwen/Guin for short. :3 If I was getting another male, I'd name him Arthur!
I've really be into the show "The Adventures of Merlin" lately. So I just had to use their names!

I had females before named Holly and Hannah.
Hannah: My grandmother got her for me back when Hannah Montana was big and named her for me.
Holly: I got her for Christmas, so it seemed appropriate.

I have 3 now 0.o started out with one single whiteface male i got two christmases ago from my husband when we had just moved to south carolina.
His name is GrimmJow
Then last christmas my mother inlaw brought me a cinnamon female which was a year older and was used for breeding only at one point and never handeled
Her name is Inoue!
And now they had a baby lol its our first baby and so far she is healthy and happy and things are going good she is currently 2-3 weeks oop. Its exciting to get to see her and watch her grow!
If we can keep her I am planning on naming her Nova!

He is about 6 months old and she is almost a year. I didn't realize until I got home with her that half of her tail is gone but I'm just glad she is still healthy.

aww so cute, yeah my female was never bonded with or trained i paid 50 dollers for her she was used by the breeder for only breeding so when i got her she had a small piece of tail bitten but i was told its from her getting nervouse and scared a lot almost like humans bite their nails she bites her tail but shes still cute to me! she just finished having a joey so now imma have her nails cut soon they are too long and too sharp i didnt cut it while she was pregnant because i didnt want to stress her out
