The size of Tifa's breasts in the game is due to an accident that they didn't bother fixing.
actually, no they're not, they're inteded to be oversized and gravity defying, and they DO actually get larger on disk 2. it's not an accident, it's one of Square's inside jokes. if you go into town with the sector key, and then to the the shop with the laser/gun on the ceiling in wall market with tifa and cid in your party, a fun cutscene happens to explain why her boobs get bigger after you go back to midgar.
and the only problem i have with her is the english translation of AC where "zuru zuru", which means the sound of something being dragged, in that part meaning cloud's always dragging his feet, being changed to something stupid and meaningless like "dilly dally", which just makes Tifa sound like a creepy idiot at that point, which she's not.
