Ok, as this is seen as a "Japanese fashion" I'm gonna say how it is in japan - if you don't like it I don't care. you don't have to read it or think i'm making you all be like this...
I personally don't care if you wanna go around talking like shakespeare, thats your choice - but i have NEVER come across a lolita here that did/does that. Sure there might be a few that do, but most cuss and use slang just as much as an average non-lolita american teen im sure >.<
infact I think japanese lolita are more likely to cuss than most average school girls/guys here...

What would happen if one combined both of the lolitas discussed and said:
Tis kawaii desu~ or Thou est kawaii~~~ sweatdrop would that be strange? it sounds strange to me...
also, is it okay to say something like... let's say... "hawawa~" when you panic? (it's a bad habit...)

I admit that my word choice can be archaic at times, but... I like it! I more often say "Greetings" than "Hello," or "Fare well" instead of "Bye."
Little poetic nonsense.

Eh. I swear like a sailor in and out of lolita. I'm still polite though (in general), kinda shy too and have good manners otherwise. XP I don't change the way I speak nor act when in lolita.

I believe in proper word usage and extra- articulate grammar, simply because I always speak relatively well unless I'm drunk or haven't slept. I suppose that the whole subject is superfluous, the truth is that, costume has a lot to do with personality. You dress what you like because it is what you like, so you see, it's not that you're NOT being yourself, it's just that you're being yourself... but amplified.
I can't imagine what life would be like if I didn't have my costumes to be someone else when I so choose. I love to put on whatever I can find in my closet every now and then. I sometimes even go to my roommates clothes and wear them, and she wears all genres and styles in this world. It's really what face you would like to put on. Do what you like, Lolita's live how you choose and say and speak how you please.
