Key: Active muses are noisy and clamor for RP. Drowsy muses don't clamor, but raise their voices from time to time and are clear enough to RP. Sleeping muses are sleeping, but their muses are strong enough that they can be woken up without a whole lot of trouble when necessary. Deep-Freeze muses are also strong, but probably won't be needed... I just refuse to call them defunct. "Dead" muses aren't really dead, but either have not been played in a long while, or were never played much to begin with (or both), so they will probably remain defunct.

This can be grouped together for easier analysis, with the first two tiers forming the Awake muse group of characters who are readily available for RP, the middle tier as Asleep muse group of more difficultly accessed muses, and the lower two tiers forming the Comatose muse group, of muses who will probably not be needed, its muses most likely being from dead shops. Shop-wise muses are a tally of only characters from B/C shops, while the total count includes guardian characters as well.

- talk to Rena! Don't harass. Suggest, if she is too busy to come back, starting a new version of shop. Explain that the choice is up to her, and if she wants to be part of a new shop, she is always welcome. If she says leave it alone, leave it alone.
- if Rena wants to come back, discuss revamping and plot furthering. Get in touch with other artists (Reyna, Fae) and owners.
- if Rena is busy but signs off on a new incarnation, talk to Reyna/Fae about Etansel 2.0.
- either way, make announcement in shop and move forward.

IPDOS:

- if so, try to recruit at least one more artist, and set guidelines for art. Consider, rather than individual art, having some stock lines for the Digimon and custom headshots or somesuch? Or headshots/simple portraits of human characters.
- do some field research and advertising. A Pricing/Suggestions thread might help matters somewhat.
