Had and inkling because I used to get ear infections a lot and they would totally ruin my balance til I was over it.

We tend to be totally free of any corn syrup in europe because nowhere has the conditions to grow corn properly.
UK grows its own sugar but it's sugar beets instead of cane, so it can grow in West Anglia lol, the end product is the same obvs cause it's just sugar crystals.
Only things I have ever seen with high fructose in it is imports from the us of a lol, that stuff can't be any good cause it's the worst kind of sugar too cause it's just fructose.
Real sugar is sucrose which is glucose and fructose combined.

My fav artificial sweeter is sucralose cause it's basically sugar with the sugar taken out lol, like as close as you can get to the real thing.
