Have they tried Gaia's live help desk? My daughters acct was on a hold for a yr, then she went to the help line and they fixed her right up! she's back on Gaia.

I don't have anything new. As of the last email I have from Keira (which admittedly is some time ago), she's well and still hasn't heard anything.

4/28/23: I received some more email from Pesty: long story short: no change. She's doing well and has still not heard anything from Gaia.
