However the necklace loses effect if too far from Chloe, as the necklace was created more to be connected to her magic. It was how she became an A-rank quite quickly, but even she doesn't know she's wearing it. ╯Ｐersonality: Chloe has a very unique personality. She is selfish most of the time, but often chooses to be more heartwarming and kind, particularly to her closer friends. Growing up with money running in her family and being spoiled rotten, Chloe can be very greedy, even to the point where she can receive thousands of dollars or bars of gold for her allowance. She can be very critical, and often makes fun of those financially broke and those who can't afford expensive clothing or food.
Chloe's work ethic is sorely lacking. She disregards jobs or school and prefers to take credit for others' work, and hates doing work herself, even if she's getting paid. She does absolutely everything to get out of chores, classes, and her various jobs. However, when working with those she feels closer to, she states that she enjoys being self-sufficient. She is almost never serious, taking everything as a joke or just simply seeming to not care other than for her own personal gains. Likewise, if its a close friend, than she's always a little less selfish for there sake. Chloe is as dumb as a brick, literally not knowing anything and seems like she never learned a thing in school, making her your typical airhead.
Considering her father never took time to spend time with her, Chloe grew this habit where she has to go shopping when she's bored or depressed, and spends thousands, usually getting her card revoked because of this by her father. She's also very easy to manipulate and take money from, falling for every trick in the book, even the more obvious ones. Not only that, but she's usually seen throwing away her money like its nothing and dumping her out dated fancy clothing or shoes so she is able to keep up with the latest trends and not be seen wearing last years outfits in public. She also tends be a victim of low balling a lot and always falls for it. Chloe will plain out refuse to wear anything not of her color or anything that's just not fancy enough.

Ⅴ. ＬｉｆｅｓｔｙｌｅXXXXX ╯Ｂio:
They say life is beautiful and to never take it for granted, however a young girl may have gotten much more than she was initially hoping for. Chloe Fiore was born outside in a bed field of blossoms. Her mother was unable to get to a hospital in time, and went into labor among-st the flowers with only her husband to help out. Her father was a doctor with a high degree, so it was no problem he couldn't handle himself. Eventually, Kiana, her mom stopped feeling the pain inside her, and her baby was removed safely. However, while trying to pick her up, they had accidentally dropped her down a small hill. Kiana knew it was a bad spot from instinct and quickly rushed to the young baby's side, cradling her comfortable as she cried in her arms. Kibou her father, used a healing magic on her just to be certain no bones were broken in the accident. The parents walked home that night, lying her down in her crib. They told her many tales of stories, many about princess's and the struggles they faced yet they were always overcome. Beside her in a crib on the other side, was her younger sister Evie. She was about 2 years old old by than, however the girl was always so sick and needing medical attention, which is where Kibou always came in and that's the reason Chloe was always alone, he was always so busy taking care of him that she never got any attention from her own two parents. Evie's condition was always where she'd pass out or become too weak to walk, and no doctors seemed to find much of a cure.
Kiana's mother Aria was a queen and ruler to the kingdom of Fiore. However, one night a group of dark guilds set up an assault on the castle, killing every guard and ruler in sight as they knew they didn't have much protection and wanted to steal there wealth and weapons. With Aria out of the picture after being assassinated, it was Kiana's turn to take the throne and lead the citizens to a new era of peace. With her being the new queen, she was unable to take care of there growing daughter. This task was taken up by Kibou, who agreed to take care of her from that point on. It was no easy feat, he did have a job as a doctor still, and never had time to take proper care of Chloe. In fact, he never really chose to spend time with her, always leaving her alone in her room for many days and hours, other than coming in to feed her. Her dad also owned a bunch of hotels, however he had his people take care of those. Things only got worst from there on out, as the castle was being threatened on a daily basis and dark guilds were rising forth to take hold of the castle on it's weakest points. Kiana was having a difficult time getting the people to come together, as fights were breaking out left and right while the people of the town feared they would be targeted next and went crazy. Kibou had to protect his wife for fear she would be next in line to be assassinated. He took the role of king, and helped her find her place. Soon, things began looking up for them. The people were inspired by Kibou's words and actions, finally all coming together and accepting both of there roles as rulers. Since they were extra busy now, Chloe was in one of the rooms of the castle being babysat by one of the royal army guards. The young girl always tried to leave the room wanting to play with her parents, but was put back in her crib by the guard. She never got attention after coming to the castle and no one ever came to play with her. Every day was becoming nothing but a boring endless void.
One day, a strange dark magic floated mysteriously into her room, launching onto the guard aggressively. The man fell to his knees in agony, grasping onto his head, what felt like a thousand headaches passing. The energy surrounded the mans entire body, his eyes turning a dark maroon red. He unsheathed his sword, aiming right at Chloe who was sleeping restlessly at the time. With a single slash, Chloe was almost struck down but got protected by a wolf who protected the castle and lunged at the man, biting his arm to force him back and away from the girl. The wolf always took care of the castle as well as the people within it, as she was one of the few animal body guards. The wolf stood by her side for five long years where she turned five, taking the small child away from the castle whenever she would smell danger not far off. She was protecting her for those many years, making certain the castle would not be attacked again and protecting the girl from further harm as the dark guilds were attempting in capturing her to use her to gain wealth from her parents.
Five years later passed and she turned ten, Chloe had started going to school around the town, children would try and get close to her as they were using her for her wealth as a princess and always asking her for some money. She would be selfish and greedy though, not allowing anyone to have any money and this would cause any friendships to end. Everyone who tried to become her friend always wanted something out of the relationship and she wasn't all for that. But the days didn't last long, soon tragedy struck the castle yet again, Kiana was murdered while tending to the gardens. She died protecting her daughter who was with her at the time of the occurrence, which shared the same fate as dark guilds struck again. Chloe fell into a trauma state, yet she managed to pull through and attempt to attack the mages who killed her mother, wanting to take revenge of the killer of her loved one. Before the small girl could have a chance to attack, one of the dark mages would surround a purple aura around her body which would begin to glow in tact. What she doesn't know is that the aura he placed was actually a curse and something you could not remove. It took a lot of magical power from the man to place, but that was the plan they had all along. The curse takes effect when she is on the verge of death or hurt very badly or just under far too much emotional distress. Once that happens, Chloe's summons will take control from there keys and become an enemy. It is a curse that turns her friends into mindless killers and loses control of there actions. It is essential for her to always not be harmed so much. Soon after, she used a spell that a child of her age wouldn't be able to clearly use, Fairy Law. It protected the innocent people of the castle, and knocked out every dark mage. Soon after, the small child had collapsed over magic over usage and soon passed out from under so much trauma and stress. Her father had found her, praying that his daughter was not dead and would surround her with many beautiful flowers that he always used as a good luck charm. Not only that, but he would give her a very special necklace, wrapping it around her neck and giving her a kiss before taking his leave as he had the castle to tend do. The necklace was a very important piece to the kingdom, holding many secrets and power. It contained the ability to cast immense magical power on anyone who would wear it, and would raise such power for even a much lower rank. The necklace is kept hidden inside her clothing, and is able to appear invisible to everyone so that it would not be easily seen and stolen into the wrong hands. Not even the princess is aware she's wearing it, as even she lacks the ability to see it or even feel it on her. This is essentially how Chloe gains the ability to use two spirits at once, and without it may not be able to.
After passing out in a coma outside the castle in a field of flowers, 16 years had soon passed as the child woke up. Chloe found herself waking up in a bed field of flowers, which somehow felt like deja vu, like she'd been here before. She was asleep in those flowers for many years, yet she couldn't remember a thing, trying to remember what happened only caused massive migraines. She couldn't remember her family or the fact she was a princess, said to be the next ruler. For now, her father Kibou was taking the role, despite falling into a depression over his wife he lost. The man soon had changed after such events, appearing to date every single women he comes into contact with and just became a total pig. The castle made security top notch so there'd be no more death inside the castle walls or attacks. One thing the child wasn't aware of was that she had been asleep for many years and her body had not aged before she had collapsed. Not only that, but because of everything her body had been put through in so little time, aging was just not possible for the girl anymore. Even not knowing this, she fled the castle grounds unaware of where to go, but attempted to travel to find out more about herself and to shop in every store, to travel much of the world, also attempting to remember her past life yet choosing not too. The kingdom would watch her with a built in chip that would stay hidden inside her hair, so that they can protect her without scaring her or having guards watch her and creeping her out. Although they had hoped she would find the wolf so that she could be her bodyguard when the time ever came. There were a couple times her curse happened and her summons hurt her closest friends, even killed some on the road. She never knows though because she has memory loss during such events and everytime her spirits transforms, the power is too much and she ends up out, not seeing her spirits attacking. Yet the castle deemed the killings to be a accident in her case and let it go. However, they had hoped she could find someone who would help contain her in these situations so it never has to happen again or put her in further harm. As for Evie and her one mysterious sister, not much was known about them. Evie was believed to have fallen into a state of shock after Chloe had never awoken for many years, and would set out to take revenge but was later revealed as dead. Though her were bouts forever remained a mystery, Chloe truly hoped to one day find her again and make amends with her despite secretly not really caring for her. During her trips, she came across a wolf nearly dead wolf which was the same one who helped her once, next to a broken down tree. She was in such bad shape, that she didn't even bother to bite anyone who got too close or worry about that. Considering the girl felt such a bond to the wolf, Chloe decided to be of whatever help she could be, and took the wolf into the castle and got her all healed up. For a few months it took, but Blue, the name she gave her was soon well. She was so grateful, she kept following Chloe until the girl realized she wanted to come with her and soon they were the greatest of friends from there on out and decided to travel the world together and go shopping with one another. They were the bestest friends for life after that.

╯Ultimate Magics » Gate of the Snake Charmer: OphiuchusOphiuchus' appearance is that of a humongous snake-like creature, which, curiously enough, appears to be part organic and part mechanical in nature. The upper part of its body is covered in a series of massive dark scales, which possess prominent holes on their sides, starting as larger, with squared outer edges, getting more narrow near their centers and then enlarging again, something which makes every single hole look like a pair of rhombus joined together; the upper part of the head and the corresponding jaw are similarly colored, with the reptile possessing light pupil-less eyes, a pair of massive fangs sprouting from the jaw, thin nostrils located on the front part of its nose and a series of dark motifs adorning its forehead, above the eyes. The lower part of Ophiuchus' body, on the other hand, is visibly technological and inorganic: its upper scales, instead of meat, appear to house a vast number of metal panels lined up one near the other, something which makes them resemble closed blinds; its lower jaw, while seemingly topped by an organic tongue (which, unlike that of normal snakes, isn't forked, as well as being notably larger in comparison to the jaw itself than normal snakes') is entirely composed of metal, with the plates composing it, replicating the form of a real jaw, having their edges covered in lines of bolts. Such artificial-looking lower jaw is connected to the upper one by six piston-like objects, three sitting at each side of the creature's mouth, while a semicircular metal section covering the lower part of its neck, almost extending up to the top, sports two round openings on each side, with a single metallic bar outlining the diameter of each hole. Hello!
There are few issues I came across while looking at your profile; generally, for an A Rank, Chloe has a lot of powerful spells that would be better suited for an Ace. Keys are only as strong as the wielder; the fact Chloe is an Rank mage shouldn't make her powerful enough to have predominately S-Ultimate rank spells [Which I recommend to lower the spells' power to avoid all S and Ult spells]. I'm just going to go through each spell I think requires some nerfing. Overall good character, it's just her spells that need to be edited:
» Gate of the Little Horse: Equuleus Summons a huge speedy Fire horse despite the name little horse, as he is capable moving faster than the eye can see. The horse shoots flames, poisonous miasma, a charged beam powerful attack capable of destroying mountains, and a powerful kick from his hooves. He tends to only fight worthy opponents, and ignores his own master requests considering how lazy and dumb she is. At the same time, he will help if she ever requires the assistance. [A Rank] Edit: I notice that this spirit is capable of producing poisonous misama, yet they are a fire horse; it seems unfitting for a fire horse to also produce toxic fumes. I would advise for you to make this particular spirit's powers revolve just around flame manipulation. Also, the ability to destroy mountains with a beam seems quite overpowered for an A Rank spell. I will advise for you to make the beam [Assuming it is flame] capable of taking chunks off of mountains, but not completely destroying them. If that is the case, then they could completely level battlefields in just one hit; that would make it into an ultimate Celestial Key spirit.
» Gate of the Dragon: Draco Summons a large midnight dragon, that fires black intense flames and is able to claw at there opponents or squish them. The dragon has high defense, capable of taking a ton of blows and delivering a heavy amount of powerful fire as well. He can also shoot out poisonous miasma from his mouth and cause darkness to surround the area and blind the enemy. [A rank] Edit: The fact this is a particularly large Celestial spirit and is capable of mass destruction coupled with high defense makes this particular creature an ultimate-ranked spirit. If you wish to make them an A rank, I advise that you shrink their size to maybe that of a bear and give them one elemental affinity, not poison and darkness. Also, how far can the darkness expand to?
» Gate of the FireBird; Phoenix: Summons a bird that can encase it's body in fire and set fire to other things or mages. It can also eat the magical power of other mages. The spell creates about 10 small birds to attack their enemies. [A rank] Edit: Can the Phoenix swallow up lost magics? To that ranking are they incapable of swallowing magic? Also, I advise that they can only swallow fire magics, considering it wouldn't really make sense for them to swallow water or ice magics.
» Gate of the Clock: Horologium: Horologium is a tall brown grandfather clock with long, black arms, a glass case, a Roman-numerical clock at the center and a small face at the top with slit eyes and a thin, twirly, mustache-like mouth. The glass case serves as protection for the one who is inside from attacks or even the weather. This case prevents anyone outside from hearing what the person inside is saying, so Horologium repeats everything the person inside says and then follows with a "...he/she/they say/s." In the case of multiple people inside he will make specific details on whoever is currently talking. [C rank] Edit: He's good
» Gate of the Fox: Volpecula Summons a tiny white fox, with a strange set of blue markings around her head. The fox contains the ability to curse those who mistreat her. Such curses would be made up of bad luck, where everything is going against the one placed on to. She can also use telekinesis, to pick up any nearby objects to throw at her enemies. However, she can only lift animals or people of her own size, anyone bigger she will lack the power too and therefore, cannot.[A rank] Edit: Could you further explain the curse? It sounds as if she casts bad luck on others. However, how far would this bad luck go? Also, how long does the curse last for. The telekenesis is fine, but the fact she can cast curses despite not being of etherious blood would make her at least an S Rank key.
» Gate of the Hunting Dogs: Canes Venatcic Summons two hunting dogs, which is capable of firing off intense amounts of flames and fireballs from each of there mouths. They have the most powerful sense of smell and hearing, able to smell from miles away and pick up any scent, as well as hear miles away. There teeth is as sharp as that of a swords own. [C rank] Edit: The fact they can fire intense amount of flames and fireballs as well as being able to smell and hear things from miles away, as well as having sword-sharp incisors makes them way more powerful than a C Rank. At most, those are S Ranked dogs.
» Gate of the Lynx: Lynx Summons a rather smart intellectual. The feline seems to know everything there is to know about anything, and can easily search information on places or people. However, if it's something too personal on another mage, it usually is unable to obtain all of the information, but can likely find a few on any topics depending on what it is. [C rank] Edit: The fact she knows everything about anything with the exception of things that are 'too personal' makes this feline far more than a C rank. If she knows everything, she an S Rank key. Now, if it took her a specific amount of posts to gather information, then I would peg it down to an A Rank key.
» Gate of the Snake Charmer: Ophiuchus Ophiuchus' appearance is that of a humongous snake-like creature, which, curiously enough, appears to be part organic and part mechanical in nature. The upper part of its body is covered in a series of massive dark scales, which possess prominent holes on their sides, starting as larger, with squared outer edges, getting more narrow near their centers and then enlarging again, something which makes every single hole look like a pair of rhombus joined together; the upper part of the head and the corresponding jaw are similarly colored, with the reptile possessing light pupil-less eyes, a pair of massive fangs sprouting from the jaw, thin nostrils located on the front part of its nose and a series of dark motifs adorning its forehead, above the eyes. The lower part of Ophiuchus' body, on the other hand, is visibly technological and inorganic: its upper scales, instead of meat, appear to house a vast number of metal panels lined up one near the other, something which makes them resemble closed blinds; its lower jaw, while seemingly topped by an organic tongue (which, unlike that of normal snakes, isn't forked, as well as being notably larger in comparison to the jaw itself than normal snakes') is entirely composed of metal, with the plates composing it, replicating the form of a real jaw, having their edges covered in lines of bolts. Such artificial-looking lower jaw is connected to the upper one by six piston-like objects, three sitting at each side of the creature's mouth, while a semicircular metal section covering the lower part of its neck, almost extending up to the top, sports two round openings on each side, with a single metallic bar outlining the diameter of each hole. The lower part of Ophiuchus' metal jaw sports a massive blade with jagged edges (which, however, is relatively small in comparison to the beast itself) curving toward the creature's body, secured to the front by a protrusion, and the attached for most of its length after an hollow space.[A rank] Edit: There is no way a black key would be an A Rank key; such a key would no doubt be an Ultimate spell.
»Gate of the Dolphin: Delphinus Summons a dolphin that can only be used in large body of water, or any form of water. However the smaller the area, the less room the Dolphin has to move about, unable to actually move around on ground. She has the ability to heal wounds, and create powerful waves of water to wash over her enemies. She can also produce her own water from her mouth, to send piercing through her opponents. [C rank] Edit: The fact she can even pierce water through her enemies and make large waves if far too powerful to be an C Rank, at least an A Rank.
» Fairy Machine Gun: Leprechaun: The user waves their arms, releasing a torrent of energy needles composed from concentrated dust. The user can continuously produce the needles, even while he/she is mobile. The user can double the speed and number of needles at will, if necessary. [C rank] Edit: I would make this into a B Rank due to the amount of needles that can be created at will.
» Fairy Petals: The user creates a flurry of pink twirling petals of flowers around the opponent, trapping them and causing temporary blindness as the flowers surround them and they can only see the flowers for a few minutes, allowing time for the user to make there move on them while they cannot see anything else. The petals can also stop time to the enemy for a few minutes, making it seem the user is faster than they appear to be. [B rank] Edit: This sounds more like a plant magic spell, since I'm not too sure what petals have to do with fairies. Also, blindness would be fine for a B Rank, but not for minutes, maybe seconds [The duration of one post]. Also, no spell should be able to stop time and be a B Rank; this wouldn't even be the case for an Arc of Time user.
» Fairy Dance: The user twirls around as they dance, an ocean of petals of sakura flowers swirling around them and once the user stops and points towards her opponent, the flowers flow towards the enemy in large numbers, shooting forward at high speeds and ultimately slicing them to a pulp. [A rank] Edit: Again, this sounds more like a plant magic spell. The fact these petals are strong enough to slice someone into a 'pulp' makes it stronger than an A Rank; at least an S Rank.
» Momentum Reversal: By blocking an incoming object or spell, the user chants a spell, enveloping the projectile or magic into fairy dust. The object or spell is then sent ricocheting back into there opponent. [C rank] Edit: I'm not sure the connection between fairy dust and reversing a spell back to the source; I may need a further explanation on how that's done. Is it because the projectile is enveloped in fairy dust that allows the user to reverse it? Also, what rank would the user is incapable of reversing a spell, would it work on lost magics? For this spell, I would rank it an A Rank capable of reversing A Rank spells and below.
» Fairy Tornado: The user lifts one hand over there head, causing the wind to go crazy and rush around in circles over the field. This causes a massive tornado to form, drawing in all around it, and cutting them up inside as if blades were striking. The more magical energy placed, the bigger the tornado forms. [A rank] Edit: I don't see the connection between wind and fairy magic; this sounds a lot more like a wind magic spell. Also, if it's a massive tornado, it needs to be an S Rank, maybe even an ultimate.
» Fairy Illusion: The user creates multiple versions of them self, disorienting there opponents. She can create bursts and swirls of wind to draw them into the illusion faster. Using punches and kicks with the speed of fairy power they can harm there opponent with all versions of them. The spell was disappear when the user sends an attack to the real version. [B rank] Edit: Again, this sounds more like a wind magic spell with some fairy attributes. Due to this being more of an illusion spell, these copies wouldn't be able to land punches or kicks due to them not existing, that would make it a clone magic spell. I am afraid that one is going to have to be scrapped completely if they are able of actually landing hits.
» Crescent Dust: The user creates two large blades out of Fairy Dust, attacking the opponent with both. They are capable of cutting through stones or even Dragon's scales. They can send out shock waves of Fairy Dust to there opponents as well. [A rank] Edit: If these are capable of cutting dragon spells, there is no way they would be A Rank, that would make them ultimate-level spells. I also don't understand how they can send shock waves.
» Fairy Bomb: Gremlin: The user surrounds the enemy with dust particles which are then ignited to create a powerful explosion, able to move it into a larger area and the blast reaching as far as there magic powers allows. [A rank] Edit: This spell is fine.
» Fairy Law: When activated, a bright light envelops the area and inflicts massive damage on whoever the caster perceives from their heart as an enemy, leaving friends and bystanders completely unharmed. The choice between friend or foe is decided by the user's heart, and they cannot lie to this Magic. It is considered one of the most powerful Magics and is one of the rare legendary spells, and also one of the three great Fairy Magics. Fairy Law is a deterrent Magic, meant to discourage further action from enemies, and is not something that should be used lightly. Setting Law as its basis, the skill was soon modified and improved so that users wouldn't suffer from its side effect, but it has been noted that this Magic is meant to not only be used on a singular target and the more targets the caster uses it on the more lethal it would be to their lifespan, and in the worst cases can cause death to the caster. [S rank] Edit: This has to be scrapped, this spell is only reserved for the Fairy Tail Guild Master. [Like Mavis and Makarov aka best boy]
» Purification Charge: Purifies any dark energy and turns into light. It is designed to do more harm to those with evil intentions than good. [C rank] Edit: The Purification of any dark energy [assuming regardless of rank] makes this to be an S Rank spell at most. However, due to being an A Rank mage, I'd say the cut-off is A Rank magic.
» Hitting the Mark: Firing an arrow from the bow will follow the path you chose, detecting the nearest target and following its path until it hits its mark or manages to hit into something else. [C rank] Edit: What can that arrow be able to pierce through? The rank is fine, I just wish to know how much damage it can do.
» Magical power Arrow: Rejuvenates one target using an arrow to poke on and return much of there lost magic power. However, its takes up a couple of the users own magic power. [C rank] Edit: The fact this transfers ethernano makes this a B Rank spell at least. I think you could make this heal small wounds as well since it would make a pretty solid healing spell.

I edited all of them, at least I think I got to them all! I tried to help explain what some did and stuff, and removed anything that shouldn't be there. Hope it is okay now! ^^
