        ۩ Jin is a withdrawn person, preferring to be alone than around others and often times purposely secluding himself away. Years of being isolated and ignored by his peers due to his condition have made him hard to be around. He's grown to dislike most people as he finds them to be too fickle and unreliable as a result. He's always been hard to get along with but as he got older the vast majority of those he considered friends, in one way or another, turned their backs on him or moved on. The majority simply moving on, making him feel abandoned. As a result, he doesn't make friends easily and tends not to get to attached to anyone as a mental defense when they inevitably do move on. He's grown used to this fact however and tries treating others with some level of respect.
        Compounding the problem is the fact he doesn't make much effort to get to know people, or let others get to know him. He often rejects offers when invited to any sort of event making very few exceptions. He understands this makes people not want to be around him and even forgetting all about him. He doesn't expect people to make plans around his schedule and doesn't try much to work his plans around theirs. Its all to much work and he finds gathering the energy to do otherwise to overwhelming mentally.
        He doesn't talk much anymore either. Finding solace in his thoughts, having no patience or energy for arguments or ideal conversations. He likes to reduce human contact to a minimum where possible. He can and often does take part in small talk but is usually unintentional finding it hard to open up to people or let others know his not always in the right mental state. Keeping his pain to himself or focusing on some small task to keep his mind off it. This has all lead to a few additions such as smoking as a coping mechanism. It's hard to read when he's upset or simply in a natural mindset. Though he's very perceptive of those around him and can read a room quite easily. His can often forget how perceptive he is and finds it confusing when others don't understand why he's upset because it comes so easily to him.
        He can be brash and blunt and doesn't care that he's furthered the rift between himself and those who might have otherwise been his friend. He also finds it hard to be thankful for what he has in life, always craving more, or some sort of new goal to strive for. Sometimes he'll jump from one extreme to another without intending or noticing. Often times when he becomes overwhelmed he'll explode angrily at those around him but doesn't always mean what he say's or intend how it comes off. Ultimlty however he's aware of most of this and tries taking steps to prevent himself from being out in a situation where people might see him for what he is. Being secluded may be his biggest issue, but its also his saving grace for avoiding the social drama he knows comes about when he opens up to people or allows his emotions to get the better of him. He's even found it hard to open up to Pokemon, fearing they'll be no better than the people in his life.
        For all his faults, however, Jin makes a valid effort to be friendly to strangers, though its often a mask. What he says and thinks are rarely the same and embraces the end of any conversation. He likes to think he's smart and funny at times and quick to pick up on an opportunity to make a joke. Often at his own expanse. Though thats rarely known outside of his own personal thought bubble. Though he still craves talking and hanging out with like-minded people as he did in his youth. Often lamenting those he's lost over the years because of his own personal issues. He dislikes people but hates himself for pishing so many away. Stiffing the "need" to cry, even in private. Feeling that if he were to lets those feeling out, he might never be able to bottle them back up, and thats scares him more then anything else. Instead, his crys for attention and expectance come in the forms of jokes, small snippets of knowledge he shares when the topic allows, or in the music he often listens to, or other such ways he knows will never be noticed. As if hes hoping someone will one day realize its all just an act.
        He can also be very empathetic and cries when a song or movie speaks to him in a way he can't exactly explain. Again however he tries to hide this because he doesn't want the attention it gets him. He'll go out of his way to help others, even at his own expanse but at the same time will sometimes ignore the needs of others feeling they should learn to be more independent or just try harder. He'll refuse help not wanting to be a bother to others and later wishing he had accepted their help but in the end feels some sort of accomplishment doing it himself. Jin is also rather independent and feels he should only ask for help or accept it, when he can't do something himself, or when he's not feeling well. If someone says they'll pick him up, and isn't there when they say, he'll often become anxious and make the journey himself, despite the extra effort involved. He knows some people are willing to help him, but doesn't always want the help or feels he deserves it.
        He knows people see him as a pitty trip and become annoyed with his complaints or remarks but he doesn't fully understand how or why many of the things he says feel like their alien to everyone else. If he sees a more efficient way, that's what he feels everyone should be doing and it annoys him when they refuse or blow him off, and even more so when they tell him he can't do it that way. It makes no sense to him to work harder then you need to for any reason.
        Jin also likes to learn new skills and tidbits of information and has racked up quite the collection of mix-matched knowledge about varying subjects. He can do almost anything himself and often will make an effort to learn how if he doesn't. In his youth, growing up with his grandparents, he was made to do pretty much for himself, and rarely had anything done for him.
