After landing in Inaba and terrifying much of the country throughout the day, Kyuzo led his friends into battle against Dubhe...and after a remarkable struggle, killed him!

The second day of the calamity brought little clarity to the world, but a resistance called JPs began to make itself known throughout the country. Using the secrets of their leader, Yamato Hotsuin, a barrier had been erected around five important cities to defend them from the calamities of the world...yet people still were killed by demons and attacked by the Second Septentrione, Merak! Appearing in Tokyo and focusing its attention on the Tokyo Tower, source of the Tokyo Barrier, it was almost by chance that Youmu encountered it...and in a brief scuffle, managed to defeat the terrifying foe!

The third day brought some disturbing and hopeful revelations to the world; while society began to fall apart as rioters took matters into their own hands to survive, many small groups began to form up to protect themselves against the demons and Septentriones...the largest of which was the 'Harutopia Kingdom' in Okina City's Station which formed a cohesive union that endured for days to come. The leader of that faction, Haruto Mashiba, was repeatedly confronted by the Third Septentrione Phecda...until at last, he, his Governess Ellie Troit, his Duke Mandingo Pendragon, and his Master of Ships May Kisoragi (and if you were to ask him, Saito and the Okina Team as well may have played a part) teamed up to utterly annihilate Phecda! Elsewhere, questions arose about the trustworthiness of JPs and the claims of Ronaldo Kuriki that their leader, Yamato Hotsuin, was evil...

JPs Unites to Destroy Megrez Under...Sano?!
The Fourth Day came and presented a unique challenge to the Survivors...an enemy that attacked from afar and kept its main body hidden for the majority of the day. Frustrations mounted and tensions between the JPs and rioters under Ronaldo began to grow more and more pronounced. It was uncertain whether or not they could unite to discover the means to defeat the fourth Septentrione, Megrez. However throughout the day, Touma Makushima did his best to trace the location of the three bodies of Megrez; with help from Fumi Kanno, Luvia Anegakoji, and several others, a plan was finally put together to attack their enemy. But one key element was missing from the plan that would ensure it succeeded...and that element was the badassery of Sano Gallen! Literally kicking his way into the plan and demanding a piece of their foe, Sano was the lynchpin of the attack and struck a mortal blow (as allies in other cities struck their own!) that put an end to Megrez and resolved the threat of the day!

Harutopia Has a Dance-Off, Youmu Gets Sexy w/ Kama, and Amora Punts the Alioth Core!
The Fifth Day was a day of revelations...the day when the Fate of the World at last became clear. A being named Polaris, the Administrator of Worlds, had deemed the human race stagnant and unleashed the Septentriones to exterminate humanity when the barriers prevented the world from being utterly deleted. And on the 5th Day, another Septentrione named Alioth appeared in the skies of Japan...massive and impossibly high, no human could attack it...so with the help of Youmu's belly button and Haruto and Saito's dancing skills set against one another...two demons (Shiva and Kama) were employed to shoot it out of the sky! This posed another problem, however...a noxious toxin that would kill anyone who got too close! A neutralizer was created by JPs, however, and with these tools in-hand, Amora Necromonium lead the charge against the Core of Alioth...but tragedy struck even with her victory, as the main body fell down upon the city of Sapporo and crushed it, leaving nothing behind! Thus a rift formed within JPs...and Yamato declared his true intentions once and for all, to create a new world using the power of Polaris once the Septentriones were defeated. Immediately, Ronaldo declared his intention to create a different world...and everyone was left with a choice...

The Sixth Day was the turning point of the Apocalypse; an endlessly-replicating enemy, the Sixth Septentrione, Mizar appeared and immediately put the strain on JPs and all of their allies. One person would be compatible with the demon required to defeat Mizar...and using the power required would leave the cities defenseless against the Void. The only way to end the nightmare, after that decision, would be to defeat Polaris and remake the world...an impossible task, but one humanity would have to bet it all on. But which world would be made divided the survivors...and 6 ideologies would be formed in hopes that one of the six would convince Polaris to rescind his order of deletion for humanity's world. These were: The World of Merit (lead by Yamato Hotsuin), the World of Equality (lead by Ronaldo Kuriki), the World of Freedom (lead by Anguished One), the Restored World (lead by Daichi Shijima), the Harutopia of Men and Demons (lead by Haruto Mashiba), and the World of Anarchy (lead by Minohiko Tsuneshii)! First, however, the medium for Lugh was chosen...and to the frustration of Touma Makushima, the medium was Luvia Anegakoji. Promising to protect her, he defended her as the possession took place, and once finished, she and Yamato Hotsuin summoned the Dragon Stream in the form of a literal dragon to swallow Mizar whole! And with the threat out of the way, the decisions were made...for the war to come on Day 7.

Ultimate Alliance, Ultimate Conflict, and Kakyo's Rage and the Doof Warrior's Awesome Secure Benetnasch's Destruction!
War erupted on the Seventh Day, with each of the six factions taking to the streets to destroy the ideology of their enemies and present themselves to Polaris as the Will of Man when the path was opened! And the war itself was brutal and swift...Faust Necromonium was swiftly defeated and brought to the side of the Restorers, where he brought to heel the leaders of the Egalitarian Faction...who themselves, thanks to Kyuzo Rikkio and Hatsu Harima, ensured that the Meritocracy would not be the world chosen by Polaris. Later, Minohiko Tsuneshii's Human Revolution defeated Hibiki of the Kingmaker Faction...and said faction was utterly finished by the Harutopia's defeat of the Anguished One. Attempts at subduing the Restorers, Human Revolution, and Harutopia were less successful, however...but with most of the remaining survivors now on the side of the Restorers, the battle for Humanity's Will was all but over! That left only Benetnasch's defeat to go on the path to Polaris...and despite a long day of fighting and coaxing the devil Trumpeter to lend them necessary aid in the fight, many people...including the Boss of the Oshu Vultures, Kakyo Kaido...had not yet had any luck. Until at last, Boss Kaido formed a Last Alliance...himself and his Vultures, long-suffering Inaba Restorer Keira Gayuno, Anarchist Minohiko Tsuneshii and the Doof Warrior, Human Weapon Kaori Sakurazaka and her partner Kei, Harutopian Master of Ships May Kisoragi, and Investigation Team Stalwarts Nix Gallen and Faust Necromonium...the combined forces of which not only convinced Trumpeter to fight together with them, but overcame the impossible task of defeating Benetnasch! Laying on his back in the aftermath, Kakyo could at last see the ending to come...a final showdown with Polaris himself...to Restore the world that was. The Last Day dawned...

And so the battle for the world and Humanity's Will began...

...And ended, as mankind stood together. In one voice, they declared that they would not go quietly into the night...they would not vanish without a fight...they would live on, they would survive. And so, they celebrated...their Restoration Day! And having been convinced of the potential of man, Polaris restored their world...

...The rest, as a man with blue skin might tell you, is a matter now recorded only in memory...

Binary Fire - A celestial fire cast by the Septentrione Dubhe. Deals 1-2 hits of Severe Fire + Non-Element Damage. 50% odds to break fire. 50% odds of 'Incinerate'. If Incinerate is successful, Low Burn Damage inflicted for 3 turns.
-Roll 3 dice.
-1-3 on the first die results in 2 hits. 4-6 on the first die results in 1 hit.
-1-3 on the second die results in Fire Break. 4-6 is a failure to inflict Fire Break.
-1-3 on the third die results in 'Incinerate', meaning the spell's damage is Amp'd for each strike this turn and a lingering, Low Burn Damage for the next 3 turns.
-Cast once every 5 turns on 1-2 targets.


Youmu Konpaku (Defeated Merak)
Circumpolarity - A destructive, celestial freezing ray cast by the Septentrione Merak. Capable of both freezing and shattering a person in its wake under certain circumstances. Deals Severe Ice + Non-Element Damage to all foes in the forward path of the ray. Freezing blast removes all cast-speed/evasion bonuses if successful. Amps effectiveness of all ice spells for 3 turns after use, and doubles ice damage received by those who are hit with this spell for 3 turns. Use once every 5 turns.


Haruto Mashiba (Defeated Phecda)
Dark Thunder - A black and starlight, celestial strike of lightning cast by the Septentrione Phecda. Shocking, powerful, and controlled enough to stun a man and burn him from the inside out. Deals Severe Elec + Non-Element Damage to a chosen foe. Lower Resistances to Normal for 1 turn. Stacks one Amp Bonus each time it is cast per-battle. Cast once every 3 turns.


Sano Gallen (Defeated Megrez)
Ruinous Wind - Disastrous torrent of celestial wind and force cast by the Septentrione Megrez. Striking with enough force to crack a brick wall and shatter bones on impact. Deals Severe Wind + Non-Element Damage to all foes. Return 5% of damage inflicted to caster as HP recovery. Lower enemy attack power for 1 turn after casting. Cast once every 5 turns.


Amora Necromonium (Defeated Alioth)
Marked Wing - Wicked and deadly celestial curse cast by the Septentrione Alioth. Poisons body and spirit. Deals Severe Dark + Non-Element Damage to a chosen foe. Return 5% of damage inflicted to caster as MP recovery. 50% odds to inflict poison on foe. 5% odds to inflict Fear, Stun, and Dizzy all at once (not separate rolls) for 1 turn. Cast once every 3 turns.


Luvia Anegakoji (Defeated Mizar)
Star Pressure - Crushing impact of blue, celestial force and gravity smashing inferior foes into the dirt, cast by the Septentrione Mizar. Exerts a will and dominance over lesser foes. Deals Severe Phys + Non-Elemental Damage. Breaks Phys Resistances (including Reflects) and Tetrakarn/Makarakarn for 2 turns. Cannot be reflected. Can be allowed to charge 1 turn in order to gain Mind Charge effect. 1/6 odds of inflicting Down upon enemy. Cast once every 3 turns.


May Misoragi (Defeated Benetnasch)
Dubhe Proof - The celestially strong body of the Septentrione Dubhe; for defeating the part of Benetnasch that most closely resembled Dubhe, the inherent power and will of a Septentrione is bestowed upon you. [Resist Almighty, All Phys strikes do High Damage, any Break skills you own now work against Repel-level Resistances as well. If you charge ANY attack for a turn, its power will double (you cannot attack while charging). You may do this for two turns (double, then double again) before you must use the attack.]
Keira Gayuno (Defeated Benetnasch)
Merak Missile - A cosmically devastating long-ranged attack used by the Septentrione Merak; for defeating the part of Benetnasch that most closely resembled Merak, you may create a hand-sized version of the wheel-shaped Merak Missile to throw at your enemies and explode upon impact! [Create up to 3 Merak Missiles every other turn. Each Missile must have a different target (create less if you have less targets). Missiles deal Severe Phys + Fire Damage. Phys OR Mind Boosts may apply to this skill, but not both at once.]
Faustus Necromonium (Defeated Benetnasch)
Phecda Clone - Possessed of the light of moon and star, the body of Phecda was unique amongst the Septentrione; for defeating the part of Benetnasch that most closely resembled Phecda, you may divide yourself once per-battle into two 'Clone' bodies instead of one 'Real' body and fight until forced to reunite. [Once per-battle, split into 2 "bodies". One body becomes immune to magic but severely Weak to Phys. One body becomes immune to Phys but severely Weak to Magic (any attack containing Magic, i.e. Water Fist...but not a Phys Magic alone). The body immune to Phys is severely slowed, but doubles all magic power. The body immune to Magic doubles speed and evasion, but has a slight reduction in Phys strength. This 'split' may last for up to 3 turns, or until one body or the other is hit with their Weakness. No items/other weaknesses on the user may override the rules of this 'split'. All damage taken during 'split' is restored by half once bodies reunite. Once reunited, all attack power Magic and Phys is doubled for 3 turns.]
Kaori Sakurazaka (Defeated Benetnasch)
Diastrophism - Possessed of the properties of a stellar catastrophe, the unique Diastrophism of the Megrez Buds could shake the earth and crush a man into dust mere moments. For defeating the part of Benetnasch that most closely resembled Megrez, you may create and unleash a hand-sized Megrez Bud to launch at the ground near an opponent which will use a condensed version of the Diastrophism spell! [Create 1 Megrez Bud every other turn. Buds may be tossed directly at a foe or in the center of a small group or crowd where it will unleash Diastrophism...a ground-shaking explosion of earth, fire, and dust upon ANYONE in a small radius. Diastrophism deals Severe Earth + Fire Damage. In the recharging turn, for one turn, you may roll 1-2. If 1, then Diastrophism deals 'Aftershocks' of Medium Earth + Fire Damage in addition to your normal move.]
Nix Gallen (Defeated Benetnasch)
Alioth Spore - The Septentrione closest to the stars, Alioth was possessed a toxicity more potent than cosmic radiation; for defeating the part of Benetnasch that most closely resembled Alioth, you may create and unleash a hand-sized Alioth Spore Shot to toss at or near an opponent for a poisonous surprise! [Create 1 Alioth Spore every other turn. Spores may be tossed directly at a foe or in the center of a small group or crowd where it will unleash its terrible toxin...a poison cloud will explode from the Spore upon contact, affecting ANYONE in a small radius. If hit with this Spore's explosive cloud, receive Severe Non-Element Damage and become immediately Poisoned. In the recharge turn, roll 1-8. If 1, then opponent may succumb to the toxin. This only takes effect in the first turn after poisoning, but can be used again if the toxin is cured and you inflict it a second time, and so on.]
Minohiko Tsuneshii (Defeated Benetnasch)
Mizar Proof - With a body as infinite and expansive as the universe itself, Mizar was unique amongst the Septentriones; for defeating the part of Benetnasch that most closely resembled Mizar, the inherent will and power of this Septentrione is passed on to you. [Gain Regen 3, Invigorate 3, Enduring Soul, Instant Recovery effects at the start of battle. If a limb is severed in battle, it may be regrown 2 turns later. When revived by any means in battle, return to full health as if revived with Samarecarm. ANY Low-level spell or Medium-level attack spell can be cast twice per-turn.]
Kakyo Kaido (Defeated Benetnasch)
Alkaid - Almighty impact of blue, celestial power laying waste to any selected foe in the area, cast by the Septentrione Benetnasch. Deals Severe Almighty + Non-Elemental Damage. 50% odds to Curse for 3 turns. 100% odds of KO'ing cursed enemies (cannot Curse AND KO in same turn, but should be able cast again on the turn before Curse dispels). 2 turn recharge. At the cost of sacrificing the power of this attack when used, dismiss lesser enemies from the field.


Jo(Shu) Michieru (Defeated Alcor)
Ominous Star - An unforgiving thrust of celestial, steel-bladed appendages spawned from the palm and cast by the Septentrione Alcor. These metallic blades (which appear as some kind of segmented blade or whip-sword, only en masse) take a curved (not angled, as the blades do not change direction mid-arc) path towards enemies and stab ruthlessly through unworthy foes. Deal 1-6 hits of Low-to-Medium Phys + Non-Element Damage to a chosen foe. If successful in hitting all 6 times, another 1-6 roll...rolled simultaneously with the other...may inflict an instant KO upon foes without instant death protection if the user rolls (1). Abilities which resist this instant KO once in a battle CANNOT be used again for the duration of the battle. Instant KO is non-elemental and thus, cannot be blocked by Light/Dark Resist. Cast once every 5 turns.


Saiga Giriko (Defeated Polaris)
Sacrifice - By nobly offering up her token of success against the Administrator of Worlds, he has gifted her by allowing the NPC characters in this event (excluding Anguished One) to be carried over to the new world:
-Daichi, Hibiki, and Io will be Senior students at Gekkoukan High.
-Joe will carry over as a citizen of Iwatodai.
-Yamato Hotsuin, Makoto Sako, and Fumi Kanno will carry over as the JPs Organization...a specialized wing of the JSSDF serving under the Mori Shogunate in Tokyo. The JPs office beneath the Diet in Tokyo will remain active.
-Keita Wakui will be a Freshman student at Yasogami High School.
-Hinako Kujou will be a citizen opening a small dance studio in Downtown Inaba near Konishi Liquor Store.
-Otome Yanagiya will be a doctor at the Inaba Hospital.
-Jungo Torii and Airi Ban will be a Junior and Freshman student respectively at Okina City High School.
-Ronaldo Kuriki will work as a Private Investigator in Iwatodai, serving the entire Iwatodai-Okina-Inaba region.

Seed of Potential - Sacrificing her Shining Token as a symbol of potential, the new world's Alcor, the Anguished one, will remember the events of the world before the Restoration. He may then appear occasionally as an NPC to speak with the Shining Ones who collected the Megrez Buds and offer advice or simply talk, once in a while.


Amora Necromonium (10 Megrez Buds - Safe)
Thunderbolt Potion - Drink this potion in battle in order to increase attack damage 25%. May drink (and stack this boost) three times during any single battle, but drinking a fourth will result in a temporary, severe boost in power...then unavoidable death. This is because the Potion is a Toxic concoction only able to be consumed by a certain Order and those with an incredibly high poison tolerance. However even to the resistant, there is no complete immunity...and consuming too much at any given time will cross that threshold. Refill after battle using Alcohol.


Gin Mishima (10 Megrez Buds - Safe)
White Rafford's Decoction - Drink this potion in battle in order to receive a light portion of healing immediately, then reduce physical damage 50% for one post after drinking. May drink (and stack the healing) three times during any single battle, but drinking a fourth will result in a temporary, severe boost in power...then unavoidable death. This is because the Potion is a Toxic concoction only able to be consumed by a certain Order and those with an incredibly high poison tolerance. However even to the resistant, there is no complete immunity...and consuming too much at any given time will cross that threshold. Refill after battle using Alcohol.


Kakyo Kaido (10 Megrez Buds - Unsafe)
Black Blood Potion - Drink this potion in battle in order to increase attack damage 25% against demons, immortals, and undead things.
