Five slowed to a stop, "Do you think, Aria. You think. One day you'll want to be apart of my family?" it was a purely innocent question. One that may be...when they get older...might not be taken so innocent.

Aria was a little confused by the question, but she wanted this other audio to be happy. With her good front paw she reached up and pushed on his nose a bit, tail wagging behind her again.
"Sure! You're nice." it was a simple answer to a simple question. She was part of Fox's weird family now, she could be part of Five's as well! Maybe then he wouldn't make that sad voice again.
That'd be much better.

Five giggled, "Yay!" he nuzzled the pup before walking out into a large underground scrap cavern, "This here is like a intersection. Follow the orange to Fox's Den...the green there to the Tower...the black there leads to a deeper part of the City." he looked down at Aria, "All you do if you find yourself taken down the black path is tell them my name. Five. Say you're friends with me and they'll drop you like a hot rock. I'll hear about it. I'll find you."Any sane Audio probably would hear the insanity in the voice and make an excuse to run. Five chuckled again before speaking, "And you saw our path behind us..."

It wasn't that she was insane, no. She was simply a pup who didn't recognize how off some things sounded. Her eyes moved around the cavern, glancing down the different corridors.
Despite not recognizing the inherent strangeness in his voice, she still didn't care much for the sound of the black path. Her nose crinkling up as he spoke about it.
She just nodded her head though, carefully listening to everything. At least, if she fell through again, she'd have a pretty good idea of what to do.
"Lots of paths." she looked back up at him when he was done talking.

Five nodded, "There are...most of these were made by the Rebels. A few by friends of mine...the color system helped with which group controlled what." He shifted her close as he walked down Fox's path, "There's nothing scary down here."

Aria was pretty sure that Fox would be beyond livid if she knew that the rebels had a path that went right to here hideout. Ridiculously upset, actually. As far as the 'den mother' went, she was very much about keeping others -out-.
Aria wouldn't say anything though, it didn't seem like it was causing much of a problem! Her eyes darted around the path as they moved through it, doing her best to make a map in her head.
"Nothin scares me!" she chirped in response to his comment, puffing herself up as much as she could to 'back up' the fact.

Five stepped out into a large drain, "See. The tunnel leads into this drain...if you go out that way. You should know where you are." He crouched down, his arms held open for the pup to jump from; "Just...don't tell Fox I was near you. I don't think she likes me much..." he said with a sad smile.

Aria lingered for a moment, she liked being held she didn't want to get down yet! But she did have to go back, before the others realized she was gone longer than she usually was. After a moment or two she finally, carefully. hopped down (she had to make sure not to further injure her paw, afterall).
She padded around in a circle then looked back up at him.
"Thank you for your help Five, it was super nice to meet you." her little tail wagged more.
"I promise I won't tell. I'll come back okay? To visit you?"

Five nodded standing as he stroked her head gently, "Good. This is the drain you enter okay. Go till you get to the intersection. I spend a lot of time there watching who comes through. If you don't see me...call. That place has awesome echos." He chuckled.

"Alright!" Aria nodded, noting his directions.
"See you later Five!" the pup grinned, turning a circle once more before starting her way up the drain.
"Thank you for all your help!" she called back to him.
