I've been roleplaying for quite a while but it's only ever be 1x1. I've been hesitant to join group roleplays because I don't understand how they work. Maybe I'm over-thinking it but would someone please explain to me how a group roleplay works. Please?
[I know this is a stupid question but I literally have only ever done 1x1s]
Group role plays are just as easy as 1x1. The only difference is when you respond, you need to respond as if you are speaking to a group of people.
If you go into the Role Play Hub and view the Western Role Play, there are good examples of how to direct responses to certain characters and leave it open so only the right character can answer before moving the RP along.
In groups you have more freedom to direct your responses to different people and keep it open for anyone to answer. Its harder to guess the outcome or next response and keeps the RP interesting, making the others eager to respond and move it along.
Am I making sense? I feel like I'm rambling...
