Alright boss man blowey, bloodlines been confirmed. Also the Kuryuu clan says I start with 3 extra nonton jutsus so thats where the extra points are coming from. Other than that I think its ready.

You need to remove the starting jutsu as you do not have enough SP directed to Ninjutsu to use any of them
