Brief Background; Scott's parents died in a massacre when Scott was but four years of age. He has been cautious to keep away from the orphanages around the city. Scott has been surviving in the run-down city since then.

Race; Angel/Fallen Angel
Brief Background/Description; Upon feeling a disturbance in this world, she opened a temporary rift and traveled to the party. She found that this was the site of the disturbance. She left without permission. Viktoria has no way back and is now considered "fallen". All she has left are her wings, significantly weaker magic, and the finely crafted golden broadsword that never leaves her side.

gaia_crown Lets see if we can't get this going again, eh? Also quick question, are wings and/or use of said wings against the rules? gaia_star

[Edited soon after post to make adjustments to font and Viktoria's Backgound/Description; added the sentence about wings and such. Will edit again if wings are technically not allowed. I also do understand that at this time magic is not useable, just wanted to state she was capable.]
