Lillian sunk into the seat of the Jeep as she made sure that Roxy and Parker weren't able to do anything together. "Parker is a very handsome animal," she said in agreement with Adrian. She then told him that Parker's father was a sled dog and that Parker was a purebred, pedigreed Alaskan Malamute. She fired up the Jeep and drove to where they had been the day before. It did not take her as long, since it was day time rather than night, since she wasn't all that comfortable driving in the dark. "Well, we're here. You'll have to lead the way, just because it was dark and I am not that good when it comes to remembering landscapes at night... heheh..." she said, trying to laugh, but she ended up giving an embarrassed sigh instead.

And I go to things at my church to get away from the house too smile And it gets me socializing with people lol XD I mean talking to people online is OK, though sometimes I have trouble talking to people in person >.>}}

Adrian nodded with interest, though he gently nudged a finger up beneath Lillian's chin as she spoke before sighing. "You don't need to be embarrassed. I may know these forests well for a few miles' distance, but even I get lost sometimes... especially at night; there was one time I tumbled down a hill... ended up with a tree root in a very sensitive place, if you know what I mean," he said with a chuckle. "Besides, the path's easy to follow as it winds along the river for probably half a mile," he said, chuckling as he noticed Rokai doing her best to keep Roxy and Parker apart; he saw the looks Roxy kept shooting Rokai and forced back a chuckle.

OOC- Amen to that, sister... I'm okay with small groups, but get me in crowds (more than a hundred fifty people) and I clam up so tight it makes a frozen clamp jealous.
Lillian felt Adrian placing a finger beneath her chin and she looked to him, listening to what he had to say to her. She nodded about him saying that he knew a good portion of the surrounding woods, but even he could get lost at night. When she heard about his accident she flinched. "That had to be very uncomfortable..." she said as she looked over to where Roxy and Parker were and she smirked as she saw Rokai walking between the two of them. "Looks like Rokai is taking charge and making sure that Roxy and Parker are kept apart until we say that they can be together." she said smiling and adding that Rokai was a very smart. She also snapped at Roxy for giving Rokai the looks that she was, since Rokai was only trying to help out. 'I swear that Roxy thinks that she has every right that we do, which was my fault since I let her do whatever she wanted and never trained her that we were boss. Daddy wasn't too happy when Roxy kept whining at our bedroom doors trying to get in to sleep on one of the beds. And eventually she took over my room. It's the only bedroom that she can be in now.' Lillian told Adrian as she followed closely beside him.

Adrian shrugged as he started walking with long, fluid strides that seemed more like the primal, seductive movements of a stalking animal than a man. "It doesn't surprise me any. As for that little accident, if you felt the need, you could 'examine' for damage," he said, deliberately not saying that it was only if she really wanted to do so and not that he'd make her do so, though he was sure that she'd realize it easily.

OOC- I absolutely know that feeling... in high school I was a virtual shadow, barely noticed and barely spoken to, though I know exactly how you feel about seeming to blend into the background.
Lillian listened to Adrian, shook her head slightly and looked over to him. "You know, I'm more of a baker than a nurse, so I might not be the best one to ask to check if there's something wrong," she said playfully. She then looked at Rokai, Roxy and Parker and thought that it was kind of cute how Rokai was trying to keep the two dogs separated. "Roxy's not a very happy girl, though Parker looks like he might be a bit relieved that Rokai is keeping Roxy from him right now. She's always been a bit pushy when she wanted something. I mean you saw how she was dragging him out of the room by his leash?" she said giggling at the thought.

Adrian chuckled. "I noticed, although I think while Roxy does look a bit peeved, she is also likely relieved that she doesn't have to deal with that mutt... I've seen them together before, and she looks like she'd do it with a rock sooner than him," he said with a chuckle, shifting to scratch Roxy behind the ears.

Lillian chuckled as she listened to Adrian talking. "I think that may be right, though I can't wait until Roxy does have puppies. I know that Father will be furious and I honestly wouldn't care if he was." she said, reaching and taking Adrian's free hand. As she did this she took her other hand and reached for her cell phone to turn it off, just so that no one could bother her and ruin the time that she was having with Adrian, the dogs and Rokai.
{{ooc: I apologize for not replying for so long and if this post is a bit off I am also sorry for that. I haven't posted on any of my old RP's and I can imagine that the others that I had been rping with think that I up and left Gaia. Although, I can understand if they did. Since I have been getting out more and making more friends I haven't been all that into getting online, though I can bet that when I get internet for myself then I'll be on at least once a day to check things XD}}
Adrian chuckled. "Well, once we get to the cavern, she can have as much fun as she wants... so could we, for that matter, if you want," he said teasingly, lightly nudging Lillian. He admitted he was falling for Lillian's quick wit and cheerful teasing personality.

Lillian watched as Roxy looked over at Parker, who was trying his best to keep to the far side of the group of animals. "I think that she'll like that. And I wouldn't mind having a bit of fun too." she said in a teasing, yet very playful way. She wrapped her arm around Adrian's and she leaned against him as they walked. She knew that they hardly knew each other, but she felt that she was growing very attached to Adrian and there was no way that she was going to let her father do anything to stop them from being friends, or possibly more. Of course there wasn't any way that she'd let her father stop her anyhow.
{{ooc: I'm glad, though I still feel bad that I can't really remember all of what had been going on and my train of thought before I took my long break... I mean I still am kinda taking a break, though I might still get online from time to time to post. I have been trying to find work, hang out with some new friends and stuff like that. Hopefully the work will come, though the way things are now, it might take a while for me to actually find anything... And then keeping the job might be even harder >.>}}
Adrian cocked his head, though he was mildly surprised when Rokai darted ahead, barking rapidly. He cocked an eyebrow, chuckling as Lillian leaned against him. "What I like about this path is that it's quiet... and if you get hungry, there's food... or thirsty," he said with a slight shrug, glancing towards the peach, apple and pecan trees and blackberry bushes along the side of the path. The 'thirsty' comment was rather obvious due to the stream running next to them. He was sure she'd enjoy the hot spring in the cavern and the fact that he had bathing supplies although lately he hadn't spent much time around the cavern.
