So a few days ago I got curious about who's been drawing all that lovely artwork for the new Sailor Moon merchandise.

Turns out it's Marco Albiero, an Italian illustrator who loves anime and obviously has the best job ever. I am so freakin' jealous gonk

I've been trying to collect high-res images of all his Sailor Moon artwork for wallpapers and in my search I came across some photos of him. Look at this guy.

I just thought I should share that with you... XD I don't think they could have found anyone more suited to the job...

P.S. he's done some Sailor Moon fan art on his own time too, you can find it here. He even uses the Naoko Takeuchi doily backgrounds... what a great dude. XD

Bottom left may be some merch for something else, he does a lot of merch for other series. We can't see it very well but it doesn't look like any of the Sailor Moon characters to me. owo; Actually I think I see a few other things mixed in that aren't Sailor Moon.

Oh man that looks awesome. I wish I had his collection! I can dream, and pet my own Moon Wand from series one. And though it lost the original crystal, I replaced it with a more accurate crystal.
