As a reward and for reasons soon to be revealed, the drinking age in Konoha is going to be the same as it is in England and the United Kingdom: Eighteen [18]. Any Shinobi caught drinking alcohol under-age or supplying under-age persons with alcohol will be punished in accordance to the law. How they are punished is up to the Hokage's discretion.

Shinobi are meant to respect the law of the land. Protect the law of the land. Therefore be wary.
