Well well... I have to say that ATM none of the dates look conflicting, but August is definitely NOT my friend. I don't think we would be on vacation then but it is very much possible, and working the ball last year while on vacation made it less fun... Either way I feel doing it soon is just better for me.

If I get accepted, I'll be leaving at at the end of July, which means that only the June-July date works for me. However, I went into this ball with a solid contingency plan in place just in case. 3nodding

Crud, the top 2 dates don't work...I'll be at cheer camp for both of them....I suggest early/ mid July for the date.

I have a sinking feeling that the June 28-July 1 is not going to work for me. I'm really not sure, but the best for me would probably be the August 2-5. I don't really do anything in August, but I do everything in June and the begining of July . . .

I'm going to have College on every one of those weeks, but if all of those dates are on weekends I should have no problems with it.

I know we always hate throwing this one out, but we could try a little later in August, since it almost has seemed to become a habit. Everyone is at school or work, so no one is on vacation or camp during that time. Sure, homework is hard, but at least everyone is in one place.

I am not here for the middle, though, so it would need to be aug 23-26 or later..

I have update the poll again to gauge how later in the year works for most people.
PLEASE do not vote simply because your school starts then... consider the fact that school does not cut your ethernet wires or arrest you for going onto recreational websites for a moment and then factor in your workload.
To anyone who is starting university/college for the first time, and from someone who has done the same twice, trust me when I say that you will have more time on your hands than you expect to.
So please remember that while we are aware that you will be going to school, you will probably have more time for online than you would on a camping trip, a CON trip, a festival, or someone who is working evenings..

You also have to remember that the ball does, and can run 24/7 when it is open, so if you do have school, work in the evenings, or have to do homework the ball would still be around when you are done with all of that. All you really need to do is find time to move the plot along as best you can, and if you coordinate with your team, you can have it going from the wee hours in the morning to the late hours of night. So there are pro's and con's here for doing it while school is in session, and Robayn has a point. it's better to lose 8 hours a day on this than all 3 days during a con or camping, or blowing stuff up with fireworks (I'm looking at you Anony)
That and I'm super lazy and say that later in summer/early in autumn sounds neato. I plan on going to collage soon hopefully and have a job or too and I'm sure I can find time to do some roleplaying ^.^

All of those dates work except July for me. I'll be in collage for some of the others, but actually that's less time consuming than my summer job.

I will not be available during the day at anytime between June 17 and Aug. 9. I got accepted to a summer research program for 2 months! But yeah, after those dates would be preferred. (:
