Branch Of Sin: Satan's Halo: A ranged BoS, this ability uses the blood of the user, Gresh, to create free floating, barbed rings which move under his guidance. Each ring has the ability to rotate as substantial speeds, allowing the barbs to tear at those it comes in contact with. The exact size and ellipse of the rings are determined by Gresh, and are limited to the amount of blood used to create each ring. The outer edge of these rings can vary from round to sharp profiles, though barbs tend to be the primary form of dealing damage. The number and size of these barbs can vary as with the size and ellipse of the ring itself. All of which can be altered during the coarse of each rings use.
Advanced Moves
Crucifixion: Binding the opponents arms and legs in a style based on how Jesus was mounted to the cross, Gresh suspends his opponent in the air with several of his rings, latching them on with a plethora of barbs to make escape more difficult. This move is used to subdue and opponent and leave them at his mercy. To capture an opponent with this move, Gresh must manage to get one of his rings around each of his opponents wrists and another around both his opponent ankles. A difficult task to say the least, but once complete, few have the ability to escape.
Arch-Angels Tear: Forming barbs which arch with the rotation of a ring and rotating it at maximum speed while pulsating the size of the ring from large to small very quickly, Gresh creates an attack that is far more difficult to block then the average strike. The rings oscillation in size and rapid rotation in tandem with the barbs shape cause a vacuum which can counter act the negating effects of "Worm eaters" though this is simply a side effect of the attacks strength. Will Edit and Reevaluate at a later date. Please note this with in approval.
Hells Doorstep: Expanding several rings around his person, Gresh can push back an offensive opponent as to create distance between himself and said opponent. This move, though primarily defensive, can cause an opponent damage if they choose not to back off. Each ring used to push back and offense rotates a a substantial speed, and is loaded with barbs to tear into those who fail to avoid the maneuver.
Physical traits: Gresh has been involved in the Carnival for some time, managing to survive the battles he lost mostly by the skin of his teeth. Due to this, he has had to go through the penalty games several times, loosing his right forearm, part of his liver and his right testicle. Luckily, from his point of view, he was left handed, probably drank that part of his liver to death anyway and didn't plan on having kids since he got here, so he hasn't lost anything important to him.
Another physical trait of note is his physical prowess. He is not of unrealistic strength, though his body is well taken care of in the matter of physical health. He is a very lean and active person, though most of those activities tend to be done alone. Along with a fair knowledge of hand to hand combat, he would be quite the combatant even with out his BoS.
Personality: Gresh is a blunt, abrasive fellow who keeps an arms distance between himself and others. Outside of the ring, he would rather remain alone in the final days of his life, living in the peace offered by the prison walls. He often spends much of his spare time looking through old books or watching movies from days long since past. History tends to be his favored subject and the one he turns to in the few social interactions he has with others.
But, those to test his fuse receive quick glimpses of the same blood lust that put him in DW in the first place, as he strikes out with no remorse against those whom do not leave them to his peace. This blood lust is a side of his personality that his also shared with the inside of the carnival corpse matches, full of a degenerate desire to cause people harm and drain them of hope. He will often continue to beat his opponents far after they have effectively lost the match, dragging it out till, even if they do survive, their will is broken. Those that he fails to break, or those that beat him tend to earn his respect and become ones he will hold small talk with.
History: Gresh was an among the earlier residents of DW, coming here shortly after the murder of his foster family. It wasn't until after his arrival at DW that he was discovered to have had a branch of sin. This initiated his involvement in the Carnival Corpse games, something he was not at first found of. He was more pleased with solitary confinement over forced activities with others, a displeasure that caused him to loose his first match and experience the price of loosing first hand.
This was something that changed his view all together, as he felt the pain of loosing his arm for many nights to come. His next fight was a land slide, as he wasn't willing to let himself suffer any more then he had to for this place. Like another side of a coin, his persona was completely different in the ring, and his first real match didn't have a chance cause of this sudden change.
