Cherry Springer I personally doubt it. I've heard from a zOMG fanatic that they've summoned Jack and hiJacked (-shoots self for the pun-), so it's not the first player controlled character. The d00d to control him much like the UFO before and a 20.0 UFO doesn't seem like a good ... I don't know... model for a pvp try out. However, this could be off because shadow orbs allow you to move past 10.0 in the future. I just think they're taking it to zOMG to help zOMG out. zOMG is dying. The "good deeds" DMS needs to unlock the curse is interest and funds. I don't think they're in it for money, but rather to help bring attention there since DMS is closely tied with the plot. /just woke up so if any of this doesn't make sense sorry XD Maybe it would be less dead if they actually took it out of beta. gonk It's been in beta for three years! Three years! And I thought Minecraft spent a lot of time in Open Beta...

Ok, scratch that idea. xd But yeah... I actually think they're bringing it to zOMG! because they can't do it anywhere else ("they" meaning JK, mostly...). I mean, JK loves the Zurg plot as much as we do, so it's understandable that he'd want to bring it back in whatever capacity he could, which it turns out, is in zOMG! But the idea of added interest generated by the whole thing probably helped, too. I posted a thread here about a year ago with a screen shot of a Dev Meat where he was asking people if they wanted to have the Zurg come back in zOMG!, so he's been thinking about it for a while. Also, JK said that the UFOs don't have anything to do with DMS other than their appearing at more-or-less the same time. If I remember right...
