I'm glad to read such heartfelt responses from you all.
I haven't been around since the beginning of APG, I think I came here
when it was just over a year old. And I became crew within a year of that.
There was times of drama, days and nights spent trying to make right what
was wrong. I don't regret any of it. But we had so many fun times here, with
events and spam threads and what not.
But it's true, we all have just... grown up. I won't be quitting Gaia, not
anytime soon. I invested too much time (and money) into this account to
just give it up like that. But I'm on dA and tumblr as well. Feel free to add me.
I will be working on that topic soon so that the transition is smoother.
In the meantime, do keep checking back often for the link.

It's sad to see this guild close down (Checking on this guild and playing zOMG are the only things I really do on here anymore.), but I can see why the decision was made. I'll bookmark and check in on a thread though.
I think my most active place other than this for people to talk to me if they want is tumblr (and I really want to get back on there soon; I've taken such a long break from it that I feel so out of the loop and miss the friends I've made on it alsdkfjlsdfj ).

Though this is very sad to do, I completely understand that this needs to be done. APG was the very first guild I ever joined, and I do not regret it at all. I do regret not posting more in the last couple of years, but life has taken it's toll and kept me from the computer. Hell, I just started to check out Facebook again where so many of you like to hide as well. I see everyone here as my family, people I will love to one day meet in person, and want to continue to keep in contact with. I love you guys so much, I don't want to see it ever end. We better take that damn cruise!! I am so busy in college and with my boyfriend in the navy, real life has just taken over =( I do hope to stay in touch with everyone and you guys are some of the best internet friends that I have ever had <3 It feels like one big family here. BTW feel free to add me to your friendslists guys, I don't think many of you are on it. In fact, right now I think the only people on my friendlist are my mules and a bunch of people who quit/abandoned gaia. Man that's depressing...

Ahh, I remember when I joined APG I was about 13. Those were the good ol' times when I had time to spend hours and hours with you guys, I'd lose sleep over it. I regrettably quit for a few years, for the same reason the guild is inactive now, and I missed you all dearly as I will once we are closed. But although we are closing, I will always consider myself an APG member, with or without a guild I will definitely be lurking (and posting on, if I'm not too shy) the guild forum / facebook group, and on seen tumblr. ( http://jensli.tumblr.com ). . I've met the most amazing people through this guild, and I hope we all remain in touch.<3

Oh boy.....I remember being anxious about getting home so I can go on gaia again when I was 13. Didn't find a guild for awhile though. This site was the beginning of my internet life. Yes, I'm still a lurker. >.>;
Spend most of my time on Reddit now though. Working full time but wanting to go back to college or Uni.
I've met a guy that could be the one I fall for over a dating site, but he's from Scotland, going to visit him in Nov. That's pretty much all I have going in my life now o-o;

It's a shame that the guild is closing down, but I understand the reasons. The best moments I've had on Gaia have been with you guys. And it's nice that, even as real life has caught up with me (college, girlfriend, and oh yeah I'm in Japan right now), I can always come back (however infrequently) and see you all and talk with you.
I'll miss the guild, and I will miss you all. I'm on Facebook, and I am friends with a few of you already. I'll probably be back on Gaia more often, so even after the guild is closed, you are all welcome to drop me a message. It's always great to hear from you all.
