Tobarish Krolik
The number one thing i'd suggest is learning how to double pick. The best punk bass lines are played at like.. 200 bpm. As far as all the punk nay-sayers, I've never seen an audience more moved by music than at a punk rock concert. But the term "punk" is being used rather loosely today. Minor threat somehow got in the same class as simple plan?
Thank God!
Someone who actually used PROPER ********' ENGLISH.
God, I'm starting to think this guild is mostly comprised of dipshits and jerks who can't spell to save their life.
Please tell me I'm wrong on this one?
And, to stay on topic, Punk was music; and screw you all who are closed minded and feel that just because you don't like it means it isn't music.
As far as you "I hate rap" people go:
There is a group called "Eyedea & Abilities.
They are rap.
They have a larger rock following than hip-hop following.
I doubt most of you have even heard of Ryhmesayers Inc., so go check out some of there stuff, listen to the lyrical genius, and then; and only then if you don't like it, you may b***h and moan about it.
And Punk bass is fairly easy to play, what you have to work on is your body movements.
