Ideally, you don't need to list every individual ingredient in your quest thread. You're completely okay to come up with a finalized tea, as long as you explain what it does. If you WANT to just list ingredients, however, that's fine too. :>
Well, I kinda just listed the tea ingredients since I didn't know what the heck to call the tea. xD;;
