Personally, I'd wait until we have a few threads and sub-forums going - otherwise new people are going to think empty clan = boring clan.

But ultimately that decision is up to our clan leader.

Yeah, I think that, on the one hand, we could use some helpers, but on the other hand, it would be boring for those new members to be helpers.
