I just thought of an idea on a new constitution. We write a constitution declairing the rights of the government not the people. Thus giving people the power of true freedom. We tell the government exactly what it's allowed to do and thus we can take away freedoms from the government rather then them taking our freedoms.

Like the American constitution declairs our rights as the people but the government manipulates the interpretation of our freedoms to take them away. Our freedoms should be seperate from the government. And laws shall not be enforced by the government but the people on a local level. But we have a set of rules defining our justice system. We will definetly need a well regulated judicial system and a lay out of how it would work.

Think of it as having a courthouse in every township. And we the people vote for the judges. And we bring our legal problems to the town's judicial system and have trials of peers. The judge would just be an over-seerer and have knowledge of the judicial regulations. And we can have votes to oust judge's whenever we have a majority that wishes it.

What you're talking about is a true democracy. The reason we don't have that is because it's too hard for every American to vote on every single issue that could affect them. That's why we have a representative democracy; it's more efficient.

I think that true democracy would be better, but it's just not feasible as we'd spend all of our time voting on things.
Well I figure we can even just get rid of a main government and just have a judicial system. (Very idealistic and impossible to create less we have a serious change)

So a Judicial Anarchy?

Ron Paul was calling for a government of just that, was he not? A SMALL government, instead of this large one that doesn't know what the other half is doing...

Just like alot of the past presidents that promise that... It won't happen, government itself is too corrupt and violent.

I don't think that anarchy can work in any form, let alone on a national level.

Well it never has in the past.
