That was a question for Wielder and the Crew.

Obseen might not be too literate, but the guild would be worse off without him, and his length of service here alone means he deserves respect. From all of you.

And it's like I said- you can make the threads yourself, even if you aren't crew. I just make them into announcements, dude, and you can still edit them all you want, and they'll still be under your name. You just need to let me know when you do, because (and I tested this) editing it when it's an announcement seems to make it a normal thread again. Annoying, right? Regardless, it stays in your name.

That in mind, your reaction has saved you, to some degree. We, the crew, were watching to see how you'd react. And while I stand by my decision, I would certainly like to revisit this topic some time in the future.

In other words, since you didn't blow up at us (we figured you'd either remain calm or get angry) we may offer you a position later on. If you had, we'd be avoiding it like the grave, and you'd be damn near guaranteed to never get a crew position, unless we saw considerable change in you.

You're a great asset to the League, and I'm glad to call you a friend. But right now, I don't need you, or anyone more, on as crew.

If, at any one time, you really need it, and I can see why, we'll consider a temporary position (as in, lasting a couple hours, with my close supervision, or that of one of the VC's).

Ferregar, I ask you to please, for now, let this topic lie as is. I'm going to set an appointment in my phone, and I suggest you do, too. On Sunday, the First of May, unless an exceptionally large event takes precedence, we will begin reconsidering you for a permanent position as a crew member. That's five months from now. If you can maintain overall activity and do your best to manage the Haven, then you'll most likely be up for the spot.

Though, I'll also say that if we get big enough to necessitate more crew, you'll be on the short list, just behind Hakabakashii (If he is devotedly active and will accept the position if offered. Otherwise, it's all you.)

Now, I WILL say, that if the League is obstructing your course to graduation, then you ought to go inactive for a while. If we're stressing you out significantly, then there's no point in you being here until your other stresses are gone. So go, let the guild be, I'll keep in contact, take care of your graduation bollocks, and come back better than ever.

Though, if the League isn't stressing you, then by all means stick around, I'd be glad to have you here, helping us plan out the new guild. Because I do value your input, and I am glad you're here. You're active and productive, and a great asset to the League. Wouldn't quite be the same without ya, y'know?

F*ck it. Obseen's the Parlor Mod, in the same way that Ferr is the Haven Mod- No crew status, but authority over the Parlor. I mean, the guy's been here for, like, 5 or 6 Years, he deserves some badge of honor, man.

Anyone object to this? And though I wonder if I have to ask, Obseen, do you accept this position?
