To expound upon what I said before, love can exist between two people of almost any differences, so long as the disagreeing philosophies are not grounds for such tension as to create incompatibility. Conditions for love, are very few, but love alone doesn't make a relationship. Love requires very little to nothing, aside from compatibility. You don't have to work at love. A relationship requires loyalty, devotion, sacrifice, patience, trust, and hope... The young don't understand this, even those who think they do, even the ones that can make you believe that they do.

On the issue of "Love at first sight", I was a victim of it. My friends and I were at a bowling alley and there he was, long dark hair, deep blue eyes, thin physique, I knew when I saw him, we'd be together. Luckily, my friends knew him, though I didn't, than he started humming the Sarah's song form Legend of Zelda and I hummed along. He glanced at me and we both smiled. We were inseparable after that and he asked me out two days later.
As for the age thing, personally, I haven't met a guy who was over two years of my age that I'd consider dating. I haven't dated anyone younger than me either.

I don't believe in love at first site. Attraction sure but I think love takes a bit longer than that to grow. As for age, I think once you reach a certain age or maturity level that age ceases to be an issue. I don't think really young people are mature enough to be with much older people. Of course there will always be cases of extenuating circumstances but for the most part that's how I feel.

It depends on the person and the people's well-being. I do believe relationships can start anywhere after 15-16. If your over 18 then your an adult and your own decision. Unfortunately, An 18 year old fooling around/involved with a 30 year-old to me? That's beyond pushing it.
