About Fire's Light Formed from wandering Krokotas looking for a place to call home, Fire's Light functions much like a family; blood bonds not necessary. Drawn to the pack and its leader like a lonely wanderer to the warm fires of a home hearth, any and all Krokotas are welcome that simply wish for a place to belong and a family to call their own. Despite the laid back, familial atmosphere of the pack, don't mistake this relaxed feeling for disorganization. Everyone has their place and the chief has no tolerance for foolishness. When necessary, she'll step in to settle squabbles and arguments, or make sure that pack members are doing their duty, however, when there are no issues to be handled, all pack members are equal and there is no worry of formality and rigid rules to be upheld in this pack. Just use your head and you'll be fine.

About the Chief
Surprisingly, the chief didn't set out to purposefully gain her position. For some reason, Krokotas seemed to be drawn to her, finding their way to her side from all directions. She would not deny them in their need and was grateful enough for the companionship. However, she had no desire to lead or rule over others, let alone all the attention that brings. And yet, when the need presented itself, she stepped into the role of leadership as naturally as her own fur.
And so, if at bit reluctant at first, Samantha sensed the need of these Krokotas for a leader and a protector..and much as she tried to deny it at first..she could fulfill that role. Still, she's not one for drawing unneeded attention to herself, so she's not one for formality or stuffy rules. She would prefer to treat her pack like a family, in which comradery rules and everyone pulls their own weight as their skills allow. Krokotas help one another because they want to, not because they're forced to. She believes that a pack formed on such a bond is stronger than any blood ties.
She has a temper, however, so beware. Easy-going enough at most times, she can be set off by a number of things. Stupid squabbles amongst pack members are near the top of her list. Pack members should learn to settle their own petty differences. If a squabble has grown large enough to affect the rest of the pack, Samantha will be forced to step in and settle things her way. Likely a paw swat to the head and a lecture about finding more productive uses for their excessive energy.
Threats towards those she has sworn to protect as "her own", however, are likely the most dangerous triggers for her temper, and heaven help any beast foolish enough to try that unleashes her wrath.
Pack Rules Protect your pack mates as you would your own family. In fact, better than mere blood ties.
Samantha's word is law. She may not push her authority about often, but when she does, you'd better listen.
Unnecessary drama is never welcome. Learn to settle your own petty arguments or Samantha will be forced to step in as mediator. She doesn't like that job.
Each member of the pack will receive a gift from Samantha in the form of a small stone. This stone will be used on a small piece of jewelry for the Krokotas, signifying that they are a member of Fire's Light. The stones are gathered by Samantha, and while they range in color, size, and shape, for some reason they all seem to glow with an inner light. They symbolize that even when one feels alone, they still have the pack's light to turn to in times of need. (OOC: You can pick your stone's color and what jewelry piece you'd like for your Krokotas. Everyone still gets their individuality, while belonging to the whole. So, you can have a bracelet with the stone set in it, a necklace, a tail band, tied to your ear, doesn't matter! Whatever your Krokotas would like best!)
You are here because you want to be here. If you wish to leave, do so. If you are leaving of your own accord, you will always be welcome back. If you are SENT away, however...well, Samantha does hold grudges...

Remember, there are no wrong answers! This form just helps me (and Samantha) learn a little about your Krokotas! After you post, we'll set up an RP so your Krokotas can be introduced to the future chief and some of the pack members if possible. ^_^

Why does this Krokotas wish to join Fire's Light?: Currently Aurora is a wanderer looking for a place to belong and I think Samantha's pack will be just the one.
What position/job would this Krokotas like to take in the pack?: Shaman/Healer, Aurora likes to care for others. (Soon I'd like to get her to stop being afraid of dirt and soon i'd like to make it so she cares for others more then she cares for herself)

Why does this Krokotas wish to join Fire's Light?: At first he might be drawn to Samantha out of curiosity, but then he would stay because he is searching for some place to belong.
What position/job would this Krokotas like to take in the pack?: Storyteller/teacher, he likes to go out and find new knowledge, and he'd be more than happy to share his findings. I may aim to make him a Shaman or even an Elder in the future, but for now he's staying at the default rank.
