(junai tokko taichou) and it is a romance/comedy. Its on mangafox.com under junai tokko taichou.

 It's the story of my life.I like +Anima by Natsumi Mukai. It was published by Tokyopop. Ten volumes. Cute series, but with some real substance, ya know? It's almost like X-Men, really.

Snow Drop is a really cute one. Not that long. Only 12 volumes. Oh and Goong is a cool one too. Skip Beat isn't bad either. xD

Love Hina is a good Romantic Comedy manga it's 14 Volumes in total and a really good read. Another good one with action and some romance is Rosario + Vampire ^_^ season 1 is 12 volumes and season 2 is still counting i believe

I submit: Wolfman Kenkaku by Shinki Kitsutsuki. 3-4 books long, really really good.

If you're looking for romantic comedies, then please pass this up.
Has anyone mentioned Time Stranger Kyoko by Arina Tanemura? It's cute and has a good story. Very good manga. (not too long)
