Actually I think it's pretty awesome, kinda reminds me of what she would look like when fighting her shadow form on Super Smash Bros. Brawl, just with original coloring. XD

Critique: The only significant thing i could point out would be the very very slight differentiation sizing of the eyes, and they seem to be out of alinement.
If she was facing the "audience", us, then the eyes should be relatively the same seeing how as they are facing the same way. More or less Peach's right eye is a bit larger than the left.

What I like is the shading you used for her dress as well as the idea of making her seem like she has a darker side to her.
Altogether I love it. Good job and keep up the work. :')

I feel like if I drew a straight line between her chin an the middle of her forehead, her eyes/nose/mouth would be slightly off...But thats's just me! 3nodding
