The only types I can see related to summer are Fire, Water, Flying, Ground, Grass (though it is probably more a spring type, there is the lawn mowing factor of summer...that and heinous yardwork in general...), and Rock. Hang on a sec..."the basics of pokemon"... The types must be Water, Fire, and Grass! Did I get it right? This kid got my hint! Good boy. *tosses cookie of awesomeness to Itachi* *Catches* Sweet...Now if only I still had in-home Wi-Fi, then I'd be good. I might get it again soon...since I'm graduating, a few relatives sent over some cash. $50 each, totaling $100. along with the 50+ I already have, that should be enough for a second router to use for Wi-Fi purposes. I wanna save up for a PSP (KH BBS is on the way), but I'll still have over 100 after buying the router, so I have plenty to save up with. I'll let you guys know how it goes! *Begins nomming on the cookie...* BBS FTW Only reason why I got a PSP. Other than Dissidia. haha

GI magazine amused me with their comparison of it to Star Wars. And if they ever make KH3, it's gonna make me want a PS3 instead of a Wii.

Mind explaining to me why Roxas is starting in a Prequal that is suppost to predate his existance? On another note, I made the Battle Video Vault thread so we can start collecting Battle Videos from the Summer Events.

All I had to do was watch a Trailer. I would probably like Kingdom Hearts more if the storyline wasn't going back and forth.

quite obviously the Tri-type Fire water and grass >.<
Fire to represent the summer heat
Water to represent swimming pools and beaches
and Grass to represent the lush greens and some flowers that people have >.<
Don't get how it wasn't obvious at first xD
I didn't even have to read the rest of the posts to get the three types that will be of use
the question is, are teams consisting of mono types or can we mix the three types?
or is it gonna be two of each type in everyone's team?

As long as they are of any of the three types. lol well it would be pretty cool for a rule to have two of each on the team but i thought people would only be allowed to represent one aspect of summer so i was jw >.< But alright, mix of those three types, now i just gotta find compatible pokemons for them after i get other work done >.<

As long as they are of any of the three types. lol well it would be pretty cool for a rule to have two of each on the team but i thought people would only be allowed to represent one aspect of summer so i was jw >.< But alright, mix of those three types, now i just gotta find compatible pokemons for them after i get other work done >.< Sounds like someone is secretly wanting a mono-type tournament. razz

Summer Tournament Update Update 07/02/2010: Due to the popularity of this tournament, I'm afraid I'm going to have to put a cap on how many entrants can make it to the next round, which from this post forth shall be 12. Seeing how there are already 10 entrants in the Main Event, if you want to be apart of this tournament, as there are only two spots left, I recommend you get your battles in ASAP.

Summer Tournament Update Update 07/04/2010: Due to negative feedback on the previously announced tournament entrant cap, for the final week of the preliminaries we are going to try and get as many as we can into the Main event. So those still wanting to join the Summer Tournament, you have a week left to get your three wins in.

Update 07/08/2010: A Super Smash Bros. Brawl tournament titled "Master of Subspace" has been added to the Summer Clash Tournament Line-up. The date is to be announced. More info coming soon.

For all of those competing in the Main Event, you have until July 19th to get these battles completed or the tournament will move on without you.
