Hello all my fellow senshi, you probably all know of my recent dilema I have had these past couple of months. My account (Neo Sailor Neptune) was banned for a false reason. I messaged countless moderators of gaia, and opened a case up with gaia giving proof that I did not commit this crime agains the TOS but I was told a permanent ban was a permanent ban.
I then reopened the case and again was told a permanent ban was a permanent ban no matter what, and would not be aloud to open a case for my banned account again.
I then wrote the creators of Gaia a 3 page letter explaining my situation and begged them to reopen my beloved account, but again I received the same message "A permanent ban is a permanent ban" I then almost gave up all hope on gaia, but now after those months of that ordeal, I have returned, I could not leave you all behind!!!
TIP: So I would like to say to all Senshi try extra hard to follow all TOS as closely as you can, dont give gaia any reason to be suspicious of you or doubt your loyalty, but even then sometimes even if you do this you may get wrongfully banned, but I guess thats life, so I wish you all well and love you all.
