@Ryuu: Demon will appear at random we don't plan them we just decide on the moment and it happens. Sorry thats how it goes we don't usually plan that.
@Shikairu: Its a thought. Im pretty sure i would work. Ill have to see what the others say since its something we could do to bring in more activity.

sorry to double post like this but here goes since i cant post in the npc forum

Name: Tetsuya Hizaro A.K.A. Tetsu-‘sama’
Village/Country Location: Konoha
Rank: Special Jounin
Job: Teacher
Description: Im going to put an image so that everyone else will have a good idea what he looks like.
Taijutsu: All leaf
Ninjutsu: All leaf
Genjutsu: All leaf
(no forbidden or above A rank jutsu)
History/Bio: He is well known by all Shinobi in the village hidden in the leaves, He was the previous academy teacher until recently when he moved to a new job working in the training grounds training any Konoha genin or chuunin that have the need to learn jutsu that cannot be self taught or learned from a scroll.
{note:this character is for training only using him in any other way is forbidden. Also for the sake of training purposes he knows every jutsu including any and all sub elements as long as there not Kekkei genkai.)
I was thinking this would work to teach genin/chunnin level shinobi jutsu when there isnt anyone else who can teach it to them. This is just for leaf but the other villages could have somthing simular

Ok since the bijuu are freed and ive been here quite some time waiting to see one can we get an apperance so that someone can try to become a host?
Also i dont see any curse marks where would i look for them?

1: I don't know when The Bijuu are free but likely they don't make a plan to free bijuu yet...
