okay before i post a profile let me get this right so i don't look silly when i create my profile....i can start, any rank i want, except kage (cause i'm really not intrested in that XP) second...do i have to post my own topic with my profile, then post the link on the right post? and third....where do i apply for a clan (and...do i have to apply before creating a profile?) thanks, that is all ...

you can start at either Jounin or genin. Chunnin will come in after the chunnin exams.
for you profile you will post it in the profile subforum with its own thread. Once you finish it you will make a link and post it in the profile application thread to get approved.
to apply for a clan you just go to the clan subforum and pic a clan from there. Which all custom clans will be in the villages that the creator puts them in. You don't have to pick a clan before making your profile you can pick a clan after its all up to you.

all Bijuu are released in the while which means they will be roaming all areas and will be randomly attack villages when they feel like it. No, demon is sealed.

Question to the Biju Inquiry.
Can someone implant a specific Biju into my character? Can said Biju be a custom? (Ya'll are gonna flip when you hear what it is. Here's a hint. It has 3 tails.) XD

No, demon is being sealed into anyone's character. each demon roams the land freely. The only way to seal them away is to defeat them and capture them.

So just to clarify...
Skill level shouldn't matter whenever one is going to capture a tailed beast, unless its an all out physical fight. I'm thinking I can make it situational, and still have a Genin capture him. If I create an RP sample, (About six-ten paragraphs long), would I have said tailed beast if the situation was right, with no flaws?

All demons are BPC's which mean that you have to fight them with more than one person. No, demon will be beat by one person or even a genin.
