Konaga Shinji| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Chuunin ||| Shinobi Profession: Teaching Master || RPC Profile || Walking down the lonely path in the middle of the night, Shinji could barely feel the cold of the night as his internal body heat kept him more then comfortable. He had been walking for hours now, moving at a brisk pace, taking his time to arrange his thoughts now that he had left his homeland once more. Still, in his core, he felt it was right and that his father had been correct once more. His body felt energized by the movement and his muscles invigorated with the thoughts of finding a new place and new adventures in an unknown country and ninja village. His blood pumped quickly through his veins, fueling his movement as the wanderlust his people were known for pushed him forward into unfamiliar territory with a grin on his face.
This would not be his first time traveling to or through the Wind Country, but this time it would different. For starters, he was far more advanced in his training now then he was then, but more importantly, this time through he cared to learn about the land whereas before he was searching merely for an object and used the land as a means to that end. With that very object firmly clasped to his back however, Shinji knew that this time around he would have to learn about and understand the people if he was going to associate and work with them. Either way however, he had to get to the Wind Country first, which would require at least several days travel, at typical ninja speeds at least. If he hustled however, he would likely be able to make it in two... but expediency was not his goal in this case. This time rather, he enjoyed the extra time to think and plan ahead, and there would be plenty of time from that on the way through the remainder of the Earth Country, through the rain Country, and then finally into the Blistering Sands of the Wind Country on his way to the Sunagakure.
With the excitement of the trip ahead of him, Shinji's pace quickened slightly, but it was still a walking pace which would carry him to his destination with plenty of time to think and reflect on the way.[Chakra Point Total: ∞] [Stamina : 82/85]

Konaga Shinji| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Chuunin ||| Shinobi Profession: Teaching Master || RPC Profile || His pace having quickened to a fast walk, Shinji had now been traveling for almost seven hours now in the black of night, though the sunrise would soon come on the horizon. Shinji was as tone's throw away from the borderlands of the Land of Rain, but this road would take him through there and straight to the Wind Country. As he walked, thinking quietly to himself, planning his trip and what to do on arrival at the Sunagakure, a sudden flare of pain spiked in his body, rising up through his spine before spreading throughout his limbs, momentarily slowing him down. His body assaulted by the sudden spike in agonizing pain, Shinji suddenly broke into a sprint launching forward at full speed as if he were running to escape the pain.
In reality however, this was how Shinji dealt with pain spikes as they agonized his body. Adrenaline had always been the key for Shinji, and running at his full speed, his adrenaline would kick up quickly and neutralize, or at least allow him to focus on something other then the pain. His speed maxing out quickly, the wind whipping around his body was soothing and the movement speed was invigorating, so Shinji kept the pace up well into the sunrise as he ran towards his new goal. Being away from his father, an absolute powerhouse of Konaga chakra, Shinji's own pain was likely to flare up more often and with greater intensity, but that was a necessary evil of the Konaga lifestyle.
His great speed carrying him forward, Shinji would soon be in the Land of Rain on his way to the Land of Wind. As the border came in sight and the light began to break over the horizon Shinji's smile grew and the pain he felt subsided to their normal levels as he enjoyed the scenery and the thrill of the wind whipping around his body as he ran.[Chakra Point Total: ∞] [Stamina : 81/85]

Konaga Shinji| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Chuunin ||| Shinobi Profession: Teaching Master || RPC Profile || Shinji could feel that his legs were starting to burn from the constant travel, but he was not yet at his limits. When a normal ninja might have slowed down, this only spurred Shinji to move faster, his body well conditioned by merit of his bloodline to push beyond it's limits and continue to carry him on. The sun's light had long since made Shinji's path straight, but moving deeper into the Rain Country, dark rain clouds which were once far away were now directly overhead as they suddenly unleashed a torrent of water over the entire land. Not allowing this to slow him down at all, Shinji channeled chakra to his feet as he ran, his infinite reserves of chakra enabling him to hold the technique indefinitely to supply traction as he ran over the wet surface.
Passing by waves of travelers on the road, Shinji paid them no heed, and in many cases, was forces to move far off the path to give enough clearance between him and a caravan so as not to scare them into acting rashly for fear of being attacked. After running like this for several hours, Shinji knew that he would have to rest soon as the burning in his legs was starting to transform into a searing heat which was beginning to burn throughout his entire body, creating tinges of sharp and intense pain intermittently across his entire body. He would travel to the Borderlands between the Rain Country and the Wind Country and then set up camp there, which for Shinji meant finding a secluded area where he could hopefully meditate in peace without being disturbed.
As far as being concerned about being attacked, Shinji was not so fearful. As a well armed shinobi, visibly carrying his weapons in the open would make most think twice about attacking a random stranger bold enough to simply meditate alone in the wild. Either way, if anyone tried to disturb him, they would be more shocked then Shinji, literally before waking him from his meditative state with likely dire consequences if done in a violent manner. Another hour of running would get him there and would round out his nearly 16 straight hours of travel since he left his home.[Chakra Point Total: ∞] [Stamina : 78/85]

Konaga Shinji| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Chuunin ||| Shinobi Profession: Teaching Master || RPC Profile || Having put on a traveling cloak a few minutes into the Rain Country to keep him dry, Shinji continued on through the Rain Country as a cloaked figure, traveling in the direction of the road, but off of the beaten path to avoid any unnecessary troubles as he ran. When finally he had reached the Borderlands of the Rain and Sand country, Shinji finally stopped on a large outcropping of rocks and halted his movement, allowing his body to finally rest as it instinctively began to unwind. Standing still, his breathing became heavy and his arms and legs ached more then they did as he was running due to his body finally having a chance to complain for how hard Shinji was pushing it. Shinji took the discomfort in stride however as he looked across the remaining landscape of the Rain Country before it slowly rolled into the Wind Country.
Still, his destination was a day or so of travel away and he had a great distance yet to travel, but at the very least, he was on his way. After surveying the landscape for some time, Shinji located a small cave, or at the very least, a small area inlayed into the outcropping of rocks where he could shield himself from the rain as well as from the eyes of travelers passing by. Settling down into the small dry area, Shinji wasted no time crossing his legs into a comfortable position before closing his eyes to begin the meditative state which would lead him into a restful period where his body could recover in the way that Konaga did.
After some time, Shinji finally reached the state where his body could heal and restore itself as a shimmering dark red aura seemed to leak out from his body and surround him. His mind totally at peace, Shinji dreamed of past battles and training sessions he had with allies and enemies alike, the battles playing through in his minds as the times in his life he found himself most fulfilled... while in the middle of combat, his heart racing and blood pumping with every second distracting him completely from the pain which agonized and ravaged his body at every other point in his life.[Chakra Point Total: ∞] [Stamina : 77/85]

Konaga Shinji| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Chuunin ||| Shinobi Profession: Teaching Master || RPC Profile || Like waking up from a nightmare, Shinji's eyes shot open as his meditative cycle ended and pain flooded into his body once again as the aura that was enveloping dissipated, flooding his body with untold agony once again leaving Shinji motionless for several moments. His eyes sort of flickering open and closed during this period, Shinji grit his teeth and fought through the pain ripping through his body like rusty swords shredding through his skin. His body temperature rising, Shinji endured what he had every other morning following his meditation eventually gaining enough control over his own body to push the pain back and ignore it as much as any Konaga could.
Feeling control of his body flood back to him, Shinji opened his eyes fully to see a dark night sky once more, the rain falling even harder then it had been before he went to sleep. Sighing, Shinji set out from his small rock outcropping cave, his traveling cloak doing it's best to keep the rain from soaking his clothes before he suddenly bounded forward into the night, his first steps leaving no trace as he leaped off a high ledge to land perfectly on the ground fifty feet below. His speed making quick work of the distance between him and his goal, Shinji could see the edge of the clouds which would mark the end of the Rain Country where the landscape would change from a wet and rocky area to one of an Arid and Dry region.
Shinji would spend the remainder of the day traversing the distance, running non-stop for hours as his unnatural speed carried him forward. By the end of the day he would have come to the desert, but that was about 14 hours of travel ahead of him. Shinji would travel the distance easily enough though, his thoughts being his only company as he now stuck to off-road paths in a more or less straight line to the Sunagakure.{{Exit to Wind Country : Merchants Road}} [Chakra Point Total: ∞] [Stamina : 82/85]

Oniwa Kye| Satetsu | Speed/Combo | Otogakure | Kage ||| Shinobi Profession: Taijutsu Specialist || RPC Profile || Walking down the road, Kye found her mind strangely blank. Her village was disbanded for the time being, but she was not worried as no force could truly hope to destroy the Otogakure.... and having learned all she could at the present regarding the disaster that had struck the Iwagakure, it would do no good for her mind to dwell on that. One thing she did look forward to was seeing Yasashi again, but she did not get her hopes up that he would be there for sure. so, she walked on at her regular pace, her mind not truly focused on anything except the road ahead of her, until she suddenly felt a strange presence up ahead.
Her sight revealed nothing, but her senses were telling a different story. There was a group of people up ahead, about 4 or 5 individuals, each with several metal weapons on them. As she got closer, she could detect that they were hiding behind a rocky outcropping, one of the many that lined this road. Sighing, as if annoyed by the presence of what were most definitely thieves lying in wait for her, Kye made no special notice of them and didn't even alter her pace. Now walking past the thieves, Kye hoped that perhaps they had chosen not to attack her, but as she got a bit further through the outcropping she suddenly sensed movement, this time hearing their steps as they positioned themselves for the attack. Sighing once more, Kye kept moving forward when a man suddenly leaped out in front of her holding a katana to her head.
"Hold it right the---" Kye didn't even bother to acknowledge the man and kept walking forward, her arm reaching up to grab the metal of the man's outstretched blade just before it would have hit her head. Instantly without any sign of effort or exertion, the metal blade was vaporized, some trivial amount of iron sand falling to the ground beneath where the sword had been outstretched. Kye didn't even bother to collect it, and she kept moving, turning her body just enough to graze past the man who stood frozen in place, awestruck that this traveler had simply vaporized his sword in an instant without any sign of effort or fear at his arrival.
A few steps later, Kye stopped and turned, showing no emotion at all as the remainder of the metal owned by the bandits was suddenly jerked from their possession and brought to the feet of the man who had attempted to jump her. As the metal fell in a pile, clanking loudly at his feet, Iron Sand began to flow down from inside Kye's cloak, digging it's way into the earth towards the pile as Kye directed it's movement to join the Iron Sand already at the man's feet. Soon after, iron Sand began to creep up from the ground, crawling along the edges of all the other blades. After about 10 seconds, all of the metal collected was covered in Iron Sand, and then, just as suddenly it all disappeared from sight, burying itself back into the ground on it's way back to Kye.
Leaving behind nothing but a random assortment of blade hilts and kunai wrappings at the bandit's feet, Kye turned around and continued on her way, allowing the bandits to live and rethink their lives. Sure, she could have killed or disabled all of them easily enough, but she didn't feel the need to put forth such effort. At the very least, she had negated their ability to attack anyone else on the road with weapons. And so, she simply continued down the road and on her path towards the Sunagakure as the Iron Sand crept back up under her cloak, hiding itself amidst her attire until it was utilized again.

"I feel lost..." In the east, a glimmer of sunshine began to emerge, hour after hour before the sun had completely risen into the skies. Despite the sun being up, the day was dull. Kaze had been travelling for several days now. After his incident in Bamboogakure he felt he had nowhere else to go. And that was true. He literally had nowhere else to go. His eyes were... filled with... Oh, what's the world for it. Lost not location wise, but mentally. A Genin in this ninja world, where his village was left in ruin and he has no idea where his sensei, the person he can depend on, has gone to. The Yonbi will not speak, and Kaze has absolutely no morale to sustain his own beingness, but he keeps moving. He has some drive or impulse to keep moving. He's like a lifeless body, but it's moving itself, not allowing itself to die.
It was about mid-day, and the sun was nowhere in sight as Kaze went through Rain Country. His hair and clothes drenched and head hanging down. 'I can't keep going like this...' Kaze's body suddenly became slower in the rain, and dropped to his knees and fell over onto the ground. 'I can't... do this anymore...'

 Kaze Arashi "Survivor of Iwagakure"
"The Red Kid"
Jinchuriki | Youton | Genin | Rouge | Panda Summoner | Tactical "I'm not really sure of my purpose right now.." "Christ, I have such a headache... What the hell!?" Kaze woke up, after being in a coma like state for, possibly a few weeks. And what was that sound? ... 'It's.. Raining...' He though to himself, all his thoughts collecting themselves. He forcibly pulled himself out of the mud he had gotten himself stuck in over the time. But he was covered in mud. He frantically tried to at least get his face remotely clean, then remembered -- it's raining. Just keep moving, and the mud will be gone. 'I swear, I'm so simple some times.' The boy rose to his feet, staggeringly, quickly adapting to the use of his legs once more.
And before he knew it, he was off sprinting. His energy was returning to him at a fast pace. The more he was in 'action' the more he would feel his energy return. 'Run!' And like that, Kaze took of in a full run. But that all came to an end when he slipped in a puddle, quickly threw his arms back trying to balance himself. But he only ended up landing face first in mud once more, this time he even heard a sizzling sound. 'Oh, so you're finally awake? Albeit, you're still not going to talk. So rude.'
Kaze managed to get back to his feet once more, except this time, each rain drop turned into steam once it hit him, but that effect did not last for long. It was only the Yonbi showing that he himself had awoken.
